True professional and expert Plumbing and drain company. Very reasonable and fair prices, when you want the job done right the first time. Rooter Man is the Best, fast and dependable service. High pressure Water jet cleared a main drain line, and a video to show it looked like a clean new pipe. Excellent job !!

Love this local business! They replaced my water heater and brought it all up to code after a similarly named company did my last one. Either that other company didn’t know or didn’t care about our code issues, but either way - not who I want doing our plumbing. Rooter Man CAN fix our issues anytime! :)

Jason was fantastic! Very competent! I would highly recommend this company. Price quoted accurately, showed up when promised and did a great job. Usually you can’t get a contractor to do one of these 3 things and he did all 3.

Rooter Man to the rescue again! Called about a recurring clogged washing machine drain that didn't respond to chemicals, causing water to remain in the washer. They arrived the same day and quickly got us back going. I've been using this company for the past 14 years and have always had good results. From running gas/water lines, to water heater installs, to inspections, Rooter Man Can!

We called Rooter Man on a Friday afternoon when someone accidentally broke a pipe in my yard. They arrived within a few hours (they did tell me they had to finish one job, then would come to me). The plumber, John, arrived and was friendly. He quickly diagnosed the problem, gave us a couple options, and when asked what he would do for his house, gave his opinion. Not only that, he recommended a minor addition that would save us in the long run (replacing a very old faucet just above the break rather than replacing the pipe and putting the old faucet back). He gave us a price range, which he said would depend on how long it too. He even wrapped the pipes to insulate them so we are ready for next winter. Best part, he was toward the lower end of the estimate. Office staff were also very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend them.

They came quickly, took care of the problem quickly and they were really nice to deal with, Very fair price too.

The gentleman that provided the service was very professional and polite. He was able to explain what he believed the problem and also gave some helpful information. Lastly the price was in a price range that could be budgeted. We will surely utilize Rooter Man again when our usual plumber is not available.

I would give zero stars if I could. This company is a complete scam! They came to fix my toilet but ended up breaking a little piece that cost $5 at Lowe’s and even worse, then had the nerve to try to charge me over $300 more to “fixing" the problem they caused. When I brought it up to them, they refused to take any responsibility. It feels like they intentionally break things so you have to keep paying them more money. Absolutely awful business practices. Avoid them at all costs if you don’t want to get scammed!

Thank you for your response. However, I would like to clarify the issue. The original problem I had was simply a plug in my line, but during the service, your worker broke one of my toilets. You charged me for the service and attempted to charge me for the broken toilet. While the original issue was resolved, two of my toilets were reinstalled incorrectly—one was left broken, and the other now wobbles. Despite my concerns, no one has returned to fix this. You refused to finish the job because I did not agree to pay an additional $300+ for the toilet that your worker broke.

To be clear, I am referring to the same service and incident. I was charged for the service, my toilet was broken during the job, and the problem remains unresolved.

Rooterman did a good job of staying in touch with me regarding arrival time, and when the problem was determined to be the city’s, Rooterman called and reported it to them. We didn’t have to do anything. We were so appreciative of that!

They have the know how and talent but most of all the insurance coverage work to on large skyscrapers.

The service was great. We like Gary. He was called here for one issue but was able to fix three different issues in our house. Everything is working great so far. I always use Rooter Man.

I met Rooter Man at my place of employment 28 years ago so I am very familiar with their work. They never disappoint and they always get the job done. The staff is very friendly and they all have excellent customer service skills. They just finished major repairs in my house and everything was handled professionally and in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Rooter Man to anybody.

Great service on the Northshore. I called in the morning and they came out the same day even when emergency service wasn't needed. They also had great equipment to video the lines and cleaned the out inside and outside. Will definitely use them again!!

Gary at Rooter Man did a gas dryer install. He was outstanding - great customer service! He took his time and ensured my dryer was properly installed and working. I will use Rooter Man for all my plumbing needs in the future.

Called Rooter Man because I've been receiving extremely high bills from the Sewerage & Water Board. The rep was very helpful in explaining which inspection service I needed and what it would entail. I really appreciated that they had appointment availability within the next couple of days. After the inspection, the tech explained everything he did and what he found. He also provided next steps and a referral so that I could continue with investigating the problem. Very happy with the service provided.

Had pipes video inspected as I am purchasing a home and wanted confidence the pipes were in good shape before we moved in. Professional team came in, located a clean out and performed video inspection (even located another clean out for me...under a sidewalk but at least I know). Would recommend! Thank you!
