Emile from Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup was fantastic! He arrived promptly, was super friendly, and had my clogged toilet cleared in just 15 minutes. The service was quick, efficient, and the price was very reasonable. I really appreciated the professionalism and honesty. Highly recommend Roto-Rooter—and ask for Emile if you can!

The staff were superb and professional. I had a leak detection that had to be found and repaired. Michelle handles insurance stuff & thoroughly explained my options and Roberto the plumber thoroughly explained the problem. Roberto showed up on time & with all necessary equipment to make a complete diagnosis/repair. I did not have to file a claim. I recommend specifically requesting Roberto as your plumber. He brought me much relief to what could have been a costly problem. Thank you!

I called Roto Rooter for service on a shower spigot replacement. Lester our tech was early and he provided excellent advice and prompt service. The thing that best stood out were Lester’s skills and abilities to resolve old spigot’s inferior installation with new copper pipe and installing the new spigot, and his friendly and easygoing manner. We had a great experience. Call these guys any time you have a plumbing problem because they work with your schedule and they don’t leave until the agreed upon job is done. Another plus is the one year warranty. Great job Mr. Lester.

Emile was very helpful dealing with an icky drainage problem. He did a thorough job and cleanup and saved me (and my neighbor) from a lot of stress. He was also very patient answering questions from all of the tenants and the landlord, and explained the process in a way that we can understand. Would highly recommend.

Emile provided my service today. I appreciated his friendly attitude and how he explained what he needed to do for the clog in my washer drain. I rated this as a four star only due to the price. Even with the discounts Emile found for me, I still think the company’s price was too much. They were slightly lower than another company I contacted, so you get what you pay for.

I booked an appointment the same day they came out, which was great and they were able to fix two clogged toilets that I was unable to get unclogged thanks to my 5 year old son who threw stuff down the toilet he shouldn't have. Emile was very professional
