Fitz plumbing did a great job clearing our kitchen sink drain issues by clearing obstructions in the downstream pipe and restarted our jammed garbage disposal and now that works too. Eddie did a great job. We have used Fitz plumbing twice and pleased with the service both times.

We had used Fitz perviously and found the plumbers professional and hard working. The services were expensive but it is hard to find good plumbers. Fitz was hired to prepare my new home for a gas inspection. There were some minor tie ins and connections that needed to be performed. The plumbers came to the home and performed only part of the work and promised to return to complete the services. When we tried to get them to return to have the work completed, they explained that they were too busy. This put my wife and I in a situation where we did not have hot water for 2 weeks.

Several weeks later we received a $2527 invoice for installing approximately 10 ft of screw piping, a couple plugs, 3 ea 1/2 gas valves, a regulator to our range, a gas test they did not complete because there were leaks, and a gas line to a gas lantern in the front of my home that they never installed. After disputing the costs and a lengthy negotiation we were told that we had not paid for a previous visit which is why we needed to pay at least $1527. We finally agreed to pay $1527 which was much more that should have been charged for the little amount of work performed and to just get a resolution. After further review, we found the paper work showing we have paid for the previous services. Chris with Fitz, lied to us about not paying for our previous services. I would not recommend using Fitz for plumbing services. They are expensive and not honest.

I was referred to Fitz’s Plumbing Repair service by my brother who informed me they were professional, knowledgeable and I’d be in good hands. Since that referral, I’ve had Fitz’s come out twice to fix issues at my home.

From my first call to the business to discuss my issues and schedule my appointments (special shout out to Misty for her phone etiquette and professionalism) to the diagnosing and solving of my issue, I was impressed and appreciative of the process. As a new homeowner, having things breakdown and figuring out the right people to call has all been new experiences for me, so I am thankful Fitz’s was my first plumber.

Thank you for the work. You’ll be my first call in the future and like my brother, Fitz’s will be my first referral for anyone with plumbing issues: because I can now confirm for myself Fitz’s is professional, knowledgeable and my home plumbing truly has been in good hands. Cheers!

Both times I've used Fitz's Plumbing everything went smoothly and the work was stellar. Eddie fixed a problem fast and easy but it wasn't enough to avoid a new water heater. When I decided I needed a new one, he came and installed that and I'm really happy I found this company.

I cannot recommend Chris and his team enough. I called their office at 10:00AM and they were out by 11:30AM fixing my busted pipe from the snow that happened a few weeks ago. Communication was top notch and the service and personality is even better. Chris had me fixed with a new valve and pipe replacement in no time. He even had to go get more parts and did not blink or try to say he would be back tomorrow or another day like most companies would do. It is nice to see another company really give their all to their customers.

Wrote in a fb group looking for a plumber and he was so fast to respond and came the very next day. His workers literally just finished. I have no complaints and I am very pleased!

Chris, with All Hours Plumbing, was recommended to me by a friend and he came out yesterday and unclogged my kitchen sink. He did it quickly with no mess, he explained everything he was going to do and gave me a recap when he was done. I was extremely happy with the job he did and I would recommend him to anyone.

I own a medical spa, and we were dealing with a major clogging issue in our bathroom sink, water wouldn’t drain at all. They were incredibly kind, professional, and even managed to fit us in the same day. Not only did they fix the problem quickly, but they also took the time to educate us on what was going on. Also very affordable. From one small business to another, I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again!

Called All Hours Plumbing in a pinch because water was backing up and coming up through my washer machine drain as well as my kitchen sink. Chris came out (on a holiday weekend) to perform the camera inspection which revealed some blockage and build-up. From there, he provided a thorough pipe/drain cleaning and stayed well after dark until the job was complete. We performed a few tests to make sure everything was draining properly to make sure we wouldn't have any more issues -- good as new! Highly recommend All Hours for your plumbing needs.
