Had the pleasure of meeting Sal. He was great. Was able to identify and fix the issue with a leak involving a toilet. From the lady that answers and schedules the appt to the tech, very professional and understanding.

The job was paid in full, however due to lack of knowledge the
plumbing company didnt backfill the property to prohibit it from
creating sink holes as well as damages to the exterior bricks,
ceiling, walls, molding, and baseboards. Fitz Plumbing also
charged us for work that was not completed. Additionally the
backfill is still sitting in our yard as they never came back as
promised to rectify the situation. A refund of $4,810. is to be
refunded immediately for the poor workmanship done on our
residence. Additionally, I have attached an invoice for a second
plumber that had to come out for a sewage repair due to the lack
of repairs made by Fitz Pluming that also needs to be reimbursed
to me immediately. I have additionally requested a copy of
licenses of the 3 plumbers that you had at our house
unsupervised along with numerous requests for a copy of your
insurance policy. If the refunds in the amount of $4,889, licenses,
and insurance policy is not provided to us by the close of
business on 8/26/2022. I will have no option to pursue this in a
legal matter.

We've used Fitz several times for plumbing issues and they are always super friendly and knowledgeable! The customer service is excellent from the reception staff to the techs they sent to your house.

Fitz is professional, timely and has competitive rates. They fixed a shower for me which another national company wanted to charge $400+ for and 6 hours in 1 hour for a quarter of the price. Professional, and helpful and timely, I am having them install a gas range and fix a toilet this week.

My experience with Fitz's has been very good! The Owner Chris even came out to give me an estimate for my repairs! Eddie and his helper were very kind and patient! I can't afford the repairs right now, but Chris offered suggestions for me to look into! Grateful for that! Ms.
No atLesliee is cool too! When I'm able to have the work done no I won't! Retracting this because my Brother came on Sunday and what he found was a disgrace to say Plumbers had been under there! My supposedly repaired pipes were dust taped! So sad and disappointed! There was a reason God didn't make it possible for me to get the work done through them!
