I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate Advanced Drainage Repair for an exceptional job of putting a new lining in our 60 yr old pipes. The workers were obviously experienced and hard working gentlemen. They didn't even stop for lunch even though I offered lunch. They arrived early the 2nd day & started back. We watched as they finished up and cleaned the premises. I might add that the representative, Phil, who came prior to the signing of the contract, explained the process in easy terms. There was never any pressure. Simply, this is what we an do for you.
A video was send originally for our viewing. Both my son and I were kept informed. Thank you to all involved. Looking forward to not having any more pipe problems! 🙂

Darrell and his crew were super careful with regards to respecting our home with exceptional efforts to clean and pick up after themselves.

While I can’t actually review their service I can leave one for honesty and integrity which goes along way in this business.

I’ve had contractors, plumbers etc coming out all week for quotes and inspections of my old home. I’m here alone with two babies and I feel like everyone has done nothing but try and take advantage of an easy upsale or a high quote.
Phil came out and to take a look at my house and when he realized our problems weren’t something in their range he was honest, informative and polite. He gave me good advice, walked me around my home and told me what I shouldn’t waste my money on. Anyone else would have tried to charge me or convince me I needed something where Phil was honest.

That alone means if I ever do end up needing any sort of drainage work done, they have my business.

Phil came out and quoted me 23,000 to place liners in my 60 year old piping. Not even three months in I started having problems. I had another company come out and do a camera inspection. I was told no liners were placed and that my piping is now disintegrating.

These guys truly know everything! I have called tons of different businesses trying to solve a plumbing mystery. Plumbparts sorted me out in less than 10 minutes, and gave excellent advice for my project.
