Excellent service. On time and very professional. Doctor Pipe Plumbing did an excellent job, while other plumbing companies just gave excuses.

Watch out for their service van. The driver almost ran me off the I-10 exit to Power Blvd . He then sped through the not yet green light just ont Power.

do not use this company. they will lie about what is wrong with your plumbing in order to over charge you. when you file a complaint with the company they just ignore it. if you live in an apartment complex and they utilize their services, do your self a favor and find an outside plumber to do the work especially if you have to pay for it.

Multiple positive experiences with this firm ~ Professional, swift as possible, conscientious and educated as to a vast array of plumbing issues ~ Residents of our condo building have used this firm for regular maintenance, simple fixes, major emergencies and installations, all with no problems ~ Make friends with Dr. Pipe, and they will serve you for many years in a way that will make you confident ~ One of their finest technicians, Armand, is absolutely the best ~ Nobody wants to call a plumber, nobody wants to pay a plumber, nobody wants plumbing problems ... But when you are forced to use one, call Dr. Pipe, and they will do their best to make you happy.

I have used this company on several occasions over a 12 year period and always found them to be reliable and reasonably priced, but my most recent experience was less than satisfactory.
In August of 2017 they did a major job on a house I had just purchased in Harahan, replacing the hot water heater and the line from the house to the city sewer. Total cost around $4,000. The plumbing work was fine, but the sewer work required them to dig a trench across the front lawn, resulting in an unsightly mound of dirt. They told me they'd let it settle for a few weeks, then would return and level the soil. When they had not returned for 6 weeks I called and they promised to come out and complete the job. I called twice more over the next several months and they never came out. I finally got a shovel and did the job myself.
Too bad to ruin a good relationship this way, but I doubt I'll ever use them again.

Dr Pipe came to work on the toilet in my apartment today. Competent and gracious man. The only reason I am not giving five stars is that later, after he left, I realized the toilet isn't perfectly stable. He came to correct something different, but I was surprised the toilet was unstable once his work was done.

The plumber Dillon was absolutely amazing and super cute I would give 6 outa 5 if Dillon would’ve given me a little handy, but alas it’s not meant to be

Called on a Sunday morning and they were there in about an hour. Showed up with a mask on and did a temporary fix, came back the next day and repaired the leak. Professional and timely. Great job!

Today, Doctor Pipe was working on my neighbors house and driver ran over not one but BOTH of our garbage cans. Peeled out dangerously and sped away on a residential road with children present.

I have been using Dr Pipe for all of my plumbing needs for 12 years now. They are reasonably priced, honest and dependable!! Most recently, as the city froze, I had a pipe break at night and they were out the next morning. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Woody and Dillon was efficient and friendly though professional. They cleaned behind themselves and also dirt and debris left from the prior tenants behind the washer machine. They're work was impeccable even without the wet vac or white tape. The wet vac and white tape would have top the entire job as "Perfection"...but I'll settle for 98.5! ***Still they get 5 stars!!!
