I don't even know how this one came up! Google says I caled them 2 weeks ago and I haven't. But I do have several calls from them! I don't answer calls from anyone I don't recognize. It comes up on my phone as TSI. I looked them up, to find they are located in New Orleans. I haven't been to New Orleans in over 12 years. So I'm completely confused about this.

Good place with every filter know to man. HVAC contractors will find a good selection of duct board thicknesses and many metal coupling options. They have a catalog for handy reference and while the office is outdated it is no sign of their inventory.

AVOID. First experience — and we will not be returning.

If you value professionalism, respect, and quality materials for your company and customers, this is not the place.

We spent over $2,000 on materials for a job site and were genuinely hoping to establish a long-term supplier relationship, as we regularly purchase these materials for the majority of our projects.

As part of our standard process, I carefully inspect materials before purchase to ensure they meet our quality standards. After noticing some concerns, I discussed them privately with my business partner before stepping away from the forklift operator and materials. That operator, who we later learned was the warehouse manager, Warren A., made an unprofessional remark to my husband: “Next time, don’t bring your wife here.”

    Let that sink in.

Raising reasonable concerns about product quality should never be met with hostility — and certainly not with disrespect based on gender. Being a female insulation contractor is not a novelty, nor is it a liability.

When we contacted the owner, Hal, a few hours later to address the issue, the response was, “You must have caught him on a bad day.” ( Wow, what kind of an apology is this?)

Hal and Warren: Bad day or not, professionalism in a warehouse environment — especially toward paying customers — should be a standard, not optional.

If a company is uninterested in welcoming new customers or retaining long-term business relationships, continuing to excuse this type of behavior is certainly one way to accomplish that.

We will be taking our business elsewhere.

Perfect roof installation done in timely manner
Jason s team went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied
His team answered any questions I had and helped me deal with less than enthusiastic insurance representatives

Jason and Keith are awesome! The communication wasn’t so good at times but the work and the willing to fix anything that wasn’t right, over shadowed any miscommunication. Great company, excellent work!

This is to commend Elton Construction: The job had a minor setback. They still completed the job, I was compensated for the delay as a respectable/honest business would. I’m an ARMY veteran, they treated this American with Red White and Blue!

I qualified for the fortified roof program and elyod construction was the best candidate for the job I absolutely love my roof .with so many companies over pricing they came in with the best quote I will definitely recommend this company to family and friends .

Requested a quote from them for some work. This was after Hurricane Laura. They came out and I informed them we had a roofing company to do the roof. They said it was fine. This turned out to not be true. I let them know in about a week after that we wanted to use them. I was promptly told no because they did not get the whole job for all repairs. I was never told this from the get go. He say if they could they'd like the whole job. That's when I told them we had already chosen a roofer. And of course he says that was fine. Yet, when I told him we wanted them he says "well, I told you that since you did not give us the whole job we couldn't do just the interior work. (And there was plenty. Like 15k of work we found out.) When I pointed out that that's not what he said I'm the beginning he started back peddling and saying he had to take care of his other customers. As if I demanded he stopped right now. That wasn't even a thought in my mind. It was very aggravating because of how unprofessional this was and bad business. I wouldn't use them. That bridge got burned down quick. Don't call me again in the future Elyod...you called me first. I did not request your people to call me first, nor did I put my name and number put there looking for a contractor.

This was a significant construction project to repair Hurricane Ida damage to our home. The quality of construction was good and the estimate was fair. The timeline was far exceeded initial estimates. I feel the schedule slips were due to weak onsite project management during the main phase of the construction. I anticipated strong onsite project management, based on the extensive scope of this project. We were assigned a different project manager during the final phase of construction and the project moved to completion much faster. I would recommend Eloyd construction and will use them again for future projects. I recommend daily site visits and communicating red flags as soon as possible if the timeline begins to slip.

Jason and the Eloyd team did a great job on coating my flat roof at Busters place. So excited for the job they did. If I could I would give a ten star review. Busters

Elyod Construction handled my roof repair from start to finish. From filing the claim to repairing the roof while my family and I were out of town during Hurricane Ida, the company's work was invaluable and made the repair process easier and manageable.

We were very happy with the work performed. The workers were knowledgeable, skilled and easy to work with. Living just outside of New Orleans, it can be difficult to find a reliable company. We did. I would use Elyod again on any and all future projects.
