Cody and his team were excellent! Showed up immediately to replace our AC motor, and the day before a Cat 2 hurricane!

Global Air did both sides of our double shotgun with ductless mini-splits. They are clearly capable, and worked directly with the manufacturer to get a replacement for a faulty part. I heard the manufacturer rep on the phone shocked that the troubleshooting had already been done down to checking the circuit board and they sent a new part right away. Just to illustrate, they know their stuff.

On top of that, very friendly and respectful, super easy to work with while I worked from home during the install.

Two other companies told me I had to replace my entire hvac system which was a terrifying price tag, but Global Air came over the same day I called and for a very reasonable price fixed the capacitor and breaker. Turns out I didn't need to replace my unit! They saved me over 10 thousand dollars. Lovely guys at Global Air, so much integrity, don't price gouge or cheat you, great to work with!

I contacted Global Air and Cody was able to fit me into his schedule. Arrived on time and had my heater running within the hour. Great service, very professional and didn't mind explaining a few things to help me out in the future. I highly recommend this company!

When our HVAC stopped working, we received several quotes from different companies. Cody, the owner of Global Air, was very quick to respond to my request and come out to examine our HVAC. He explained everything very clearly, laid out all of our options, and answered all of our questions. We decided to purchase our own mini-split system and have Global Air install it. Cody offered suggestions and responded to all my questions promptly in regards to what system to buy. His team was very curtious when they came out to install our system. We have been very happy with the service and the price!

We got their number a couple of years ago after our regular AC guy messed up our system. Cody, the owner, came by the same day and fixed us up in a couple of hours for a very reasonable price. We have used him several times since on our aging AC systems. He and his team have always been professional, quick to respond, very reasonably priced and available the same day! We have worked in property management for years and never had such excellent service for any trade before! A true diamond in the rough! BEST kept secret in New Orleans! Shhh! :D

The crew over at Richard Earls construction are, simply put, outstanding. From the impeccable communication from the office assistant, to the professionalism and sense of urgency from the estimator and working crew. 10/10 would recommend for all of my building needs!

They want to charge an estimate fee of $150 which is throwing money away. Their price to build might be ridiculous

They built my house and utilize them for multiple clients, by far best construction company in NOLA for foundation/shoring (which they are known for) and everything else from residential to commercial they give fair market quotes and deliver exceptional work.

Charging for an estimate makes perfect sense to me, you want serious inquires from serious customers.

On that note, I'd like serious quotes from serious inspectors...

When you pay their fee but the inspector spends only a few minutes assessing the problem, makes no notes, takes no measurements, then the quote comes back pretty VAGUE on the scope of the project and 2.5 TIMES higher than other quotes from other BBB accredited companies...sure seems like a nice way to skim a couple hundred off someone.

I didn't expect the lowest quote in town, just a serious one that I could consider, not laugh at and feel ripped off.

They were awesome! everything was explained to us what was going to be done and why. The team and owners were very professional. We live in Port Allen but that did not stop them from traveling here and doing a wonderful job. Will recommend to anyone. Thank you, thank you, thank you-

Not Professional - Called to get a quote. Receptionist stated that she would have to call right back. Understood. I didn't receive call back, so I called back at the end of the day. We scheduled an appointment for 7/18, at 1 PM. Company reached out less than 24 hours, via text, to change appointment to 2 PM. Understood. An inspector shows up 20 minutes late. Poor Communiation. Out of quotes I received, this was the only inspector that did not have a water level on him. Maybe this isn't important and he has a great perception for "level." Lets give him the benefit of the doubt. I was told that I would have a quote by 7/21. No quote received as they didn't even ask me for my email address. I called on 7/21 at the end of the day and the receptionist said she would call right back with update regarding my quote. No call back. I just called this afternoon, and the receptionist said she passed along my information. I will for sure get this slab and house rebuilt. Professionalism and quality of work are more important to us than price, but will not work with this company. Sad because we lived by Audubon Park and would drive down river road and see their building many times. We even met the owners years ago and they were very kind. 1 star review though for their business.

They want to charge you $150 to get a quote for a job... I'll go someplace else.

After the owner replied to my review with a threat I'm now happy I did not go with this company. If my insurance was going to pay for the job. I'm more likely to go with the contractor. From my experience with other contractors they do not give proper estimates that the insurance companies can take and thus would be wasting my money. After seeing your other reviews you too seem to be lazy with your estimates...
if I see any retaliation from you, our lawfirm will be ready to handle this. We take threats seriously. And you provided everything we need for am swift conclusion.

From start to finish, this is a great company! They were professional, patient when explaining what needed to be done and gave me a reasonable quote. The crew was fantastic, friendly and very respectful of my property and time. Richard Earl's came highly recommended to me and now I will highly recommend them with this review.
