Lance and Nathan did an outstanding job of leveling the concrete areas surrounding my swimming pool. I would like to just take a moment to say that I was very pleased with the results of the finished project of fixing 11 of the cracks, repairing all the expansion joints and lifting one small section of my driveway. I no longer have to look at those really ugly cracks anymore and the driveway looks so clean and new now it was worth every penny. Reliable is the right word for this company's name. After getting multiple quotes to stabilize the foundation of our older, elevated home, my husband and I decided Reliable Foundations was the company for us. Matt was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and professional, as was the wonderful crew that came out quickly to perform the work. There was a slight miscommunication as to what we wanted done to a specific section of the house, but the team immediately returned to make the adjustment. We are so happy with the results! Our doors no longer stick, and when we walk through the front room, our dishes don’t rattle in the China cabinet anymore. To me, this is proof our home is more structural sound.

These people do it right. Th price is fair and most definitely beats pouring a new slab in these trying economic conditions we currently find ourselves in. I had a driveway that was shifting considerably due to the low water table caused by last year's heat wave and what we'd call in here Louisiana a "drought". The driveway was written up by a home inspection as a tripping hazard and required repair prior to closing on my home. The fellas showed up early and finished just after lunch. What they left was exactly what I was quoted for. They cleaned up and were extremely polite. True a testament to "You get what you pay for". Top notch company in regard to reliable service and quality of work. I'd recommend this company to anyone for any of their foundation needs and or repairs.

We contacted Reliable Foundations after having concerns about our pier and beam foundation. Vincent scheduled a day and time for two of his team to meet with me at our home to evaluate the foundation and determine what work needed to be done. The two gentleman who came out were incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. They were at the home for more than two hours, during which time they went through the entire crawlspace, taking pictures, measuring, documenting, and eventually proposing a detailed plan. All of my questions were answered with patience and clarity as they explained the scope of their proposed work.

I had a great experience with Reliable Foundations! They raised the cement pads below the steps at St. Paul's Episcopal Church, effectively addressing a significant safety hazard. They also fixed several tripping hazards on the sidewalk. The team was professional, timely, and offered fair pricing. I highly recommend their services for any foundation repairs!

Our carport had a crack across it and the recent drought caused the front of the carport to sunk 2-3 inches. This impacted our roof line and made opening the front door impossible. Reliable fixed the problem by installing foundation piers under the carport support columns. After raising the roof back to its proper line and installing temporary supports, they demolished the old carport cement, poured new cement and reinstalled the permanent support posts.
My wife and I couldn't be happier with the results. The people who worked at our home for over a week were personable, considerate and friendly. All their work was done with skill and excellence...even the cleanup! The foreman answered all our questions and thoroughly explained the work being done. Everyone went above and beyond. We give Reliable Foundations the highest recommendation possible.

In today's world many of us have grown accustomed to mediocre quality when asking for help. This is the first time in 40 years I have asked for help to repair anything in my home and I prayed for but didn't expect perfection. Prayers work. Reliable Foundations accomplished their estimated 5 day task in only 4, and the quality of their work was flawless AND the crew refilled the holes and cleaned up the work site in a most professional manner. I can not be more pleased and tankful for their effort and attitude. I could easily say I would ask for their help again, but I'm fairly certain I won't need to. Thank you.

Reliable was our second estimate and, unlike the first one, Todd with Reliable said our house was okay and we didn't need to do any costly foundation work. He spent a long time doing the survey and went over his findings with us. His honesty and knowledge saved us lot of money. Now we can do some crack repairs that are normal wear and tear for an older house but not indicative of serious structural problems. We highly recommend Reliable Foundations.

Reliable is probably the best name for this company because that’s what they are. From the first time I spoke with their office, the work they did for me was a great experience. Todd came out to review my project. He suggested an approach that would have been better and more cost effective than what I was originally thinking. He was very knowledgeable and transparent, and answered my questions. Once I accepted the bid, Vincent came out to review the details of the work and schedule. Vincent is a great communicator; he kept me advised of timing throughout the project. While I’m sure my job was on the smaller end of what Reliable does, I was not treated that way. Vincent even worked to fit me in before he had to get started on a much larger job that would have pushed me back. Overall, great experience - highly recommend Reliable and would use them again!

Reliable Foundations just completed a major project for the large condominium complex that I work for. In addition to filling sidewalk gaps and lifting trip hazards, they also eliminated step-ups by creating ramps and added handrails as needed. Vincent is wonderful to work with and was very patient with us when we changed, added or removed things from the scope of work. The final project is nice and neat - no more sidewalk cracks or gaps!

Todd walked me through the entire process, explained the scope of work clearly, and delivered exactly what was promised. The crew repaired the foundation cracks, replaced the damaged beams, and reinforced my porch.

Great experience! I filled out an estimate form, was contacted quickly and able to have an estimate in just a couple days. The communication was top notch and the contractor was prompt, polite, thorough and customer first.

Then there is Matthew, he came out to explain the process, take measurements and give the quote for the job. Mat is pleasant and informative.
My next contact person, as I accepted the job. "My soil was sinking away from the foundation", was James.
James, even while on a mini vacation he was responsive.
All of the scheduling was done with James. He gave me my work schedule date, and let me know when a sooner opening became available.
Because I had an issue with my foliage removal, I was not able to keep my assigned date, with James, no problem, he fit me in quite quickly.
Lance and Nathan came out to do the job. Such helpful young men. It was a pleasure to have them on my property.
They worked diligently, in the heat, without complaints. They dug a proper trench, filled the gaps with what had the appearance of "Great Stuff" then put the dirt back.
The foundation was showing, so I had to call the office, Ashley was quick to respond, I sent her a pic, river sand was quickly delivered and a couple of hours later, Lance and Nathan was there to place the sand.
James came out also, he had no qualms in helping to get the job completed. The area was swept and they removed debris.
My only suggestion: the need for fiil was evident, shouldn't have had to call for it and, the crew need to add a rake to their tool box.
All being said, I would definitely, and have, recommend Reliable Foundations. I am pleased with the outcome and have been assured to contact them if need arise.

I hired Reliable Foundations to lift and level my driveway with poly foam. The quoted price was guaranteed to be all I’d pay. Other companies say that if more foam was needed, the price originally quoted would go up. Now I was nervous that lifting and foaming would not come out as good as it did. The job is now complete and I could not be happier with my decision. The crew jacked each section of my driveway up before the foam was applied. This allowed me to see the position of each section before shooting in the foam. They also sealed all joints and cracked concrete along my house slab. The crew was great from start to finish including cleanup. I’ll attach a few pics to give an idea of how the job was performed. I highly recommend using Reliable Foundations for driveway lifting and leveling.
