Bayou Multi Janitorial has done a great job in getting my Aunts' home looking clean both inside and outside. Darien is very quick to respond to us and is prompt. He provides pictures and videos to show us the work he has done. My husband and I are extremely pleased with his work.

Bayou Multi Janitorial was very flexible with arranging my appointment for window cleaning. They were on time, even being 10 - 15 minutes early (which i received a courtesy call). The workmanship was quite professional and all my windows were extremely clean. They even went with a razor and got some of the installed residue off the windows, above and beyond service. Will be getting them to clean my windows again.

We hired Darien and his company to clean our home from top to bottom overall were we pleased, but there is definitely room for improvement. We are currently looking for a cleaning service to clean our home on a monthly basis and decided to try them out.

The communication was great the day before and on the day of service. They (Darien and two ladies) showed up on time and were professional. The area we feel they excelled at was the kitchen. Everything looked brand new all stainless was spotless. The tile floors in our home were also done really well.

Unfortunately there were things missed that we had to go back and clean. Considering the cost and hiring a professional service, it should be done right the first time. The ceiling fans were not dusted. There were several shelves upon inspection that still had dust on them and cabinet doors not cleaned. When doing the finger dust test in several areas, there still was work to do.

It was 3 people for about 3 hours of work. I did have a time line which was agreed upon that all work could be done in. Maybe next time more time will be required in order to fulfill the required tasks. Darien did offer to return to clean missed areas but the missed areas were already cleaned by us.

Darian showed up to give me an estimate. he was on time and very professional. I hired his company for a full home cleaning. They were on time and did a fantastic job on my home. Everything was clean and it was like having a fresh slate to start over. My appliances were looking like they were brand new. And the 2" yellow ring that I could not get out of my bathroom sink was gone. GREAT JOB!!!!

I had Darion clean my house just before the arrival of my new baby. He and his team were prompt, friendly and did a very thorough job. The cost was reasonable. I am now scheduling them to come on a more regular basis. I would give them an A+ rating.

Bayou Multi was such a pleasure to work with! Coming from out of state, Darien was amazing to communicate with, super responsive/ proactive, and was able to do walk throughs, even when I was not in town. I had 3 events that I needed pre-event, event time, and post event cleaning with some last minute add ons, that Bayou Multi was able to accommodate. Extremely professional, fast, and would recommend to anyone in the NOLA Area :)

I was fortunate….very very fortunate to have Louisiana HVAC, Inc. reinstall my newly installed HVAC system. Initially, I had contracted SEARS Home Improvement company to install the system but their poor contractors did unsatisfactory work. The crew from Louisiana HVAC was exceptional in their work and managed to reinstall the system perfectly. My AC is ready for humidity and the summer heat.

The A/C unit was not functioning properly at my rental property. Louisiana HVAC sent someone out the same day. Excellent customer service! Highly recommend!

Melvin is a pro who knows his trade, listened to my HVAC issues, and dealt with me in a very professional manner. He found the root cause of an issue I've had for years because he was thorough and did the calculations to determine the right size unit for the space. Other HVAC contractors just replaced a unit with the same size without doing the calculations to make sure it was right. Highly recommended HVAC professionals.

Melvin and his team are some of the best in the business. I have been using them for all of my AC/refrigeration needs at my restaurant for a few years now, and couldnt be more satisfied! Great work, fair prices, and prompt/professional service(even on the weekends). Couldnt recommend these guys more!!

I had our A/C looked at when it stopped blowing cold air. Was told that the condensing unit needed to be replaced. I wanted a second opinion and called Precise.

They were able to come out the next morning and found that a capacitor had been wired incorrectly when it was previously serviced.

Precise saved me $3600! Couldn't be happier that they helped extend the life of the current condensing unit.
