Great customer service! I recently had an emergency situation at my short term rental where my AC and thermostat completely stopped working! I called Precise Comfort and Climate Specialists and they were able to come out and repair the issue in less than 24 hours! The specialist was very professional and maintained excellent communication with me throughout the process. He sent pictures of what needed to be repaired, and made sure that I agreed to the cost of services prior to initiating the repair. 10/10 recommend this company

I had a pretty terrible experience. There seem to be some issues on the office side of the business. The technicians who came out were very friendly, but that was about the only positive aspect of the experience. I called the company because I needed restaurant air balancing; our hood vent exhaust was pulling too much air. I explained to the office dispatcher that nothing was “broken,” just not calibrated properly. However, the dispatcher kept repeating, “Yes, we work on hood vents,” without addressing the specific issue.

On the day of the service, the technicians arrived three hours early without any prior communication. They got on the roof and basically asked me why they were there since the hood vent was working. I explained that I needed the intake and exhaust balanced, and they agreed but then told me I needed to call a company that actually does that kind of work—ridiculous.

In the end, I paid a service fee just to get an appointment, and then I had to pay them for tightening a bracket used to remove the cover of the intake. It was a big waste of everyone’s time and my business’s money. The office personnel seem to be either incompetent or struggling with a language barrier.

I have been dealing with this company for over 20 years he comes the same day you call and he’s installed at least three units for me I wouldn’t call anybody else

Quick response, polite and friendly. This team took their time in tracking down the issues with my heat and making the proper repairs. They also took the time to get my gas fireplace working again. Luis and José came a day early (after calling ahead) and did a great job. Very neat and the install was perfect. Melvin came out and ran over details about unit (Daikin ductless) and gave us some valuable tips on setting up the thermostat, etc. I'd recommend these folks.

Needed AC repair that went out overnight. I called them at 7am, they got me on the schedule for 8-10, guys came out at 8:20, diagnosed it, had needed replacement parts in their truck, and whole thing was fixed by 9:15am. They went over the diagnosis and were up front with all pricing before making repairs. Great service!!

I spent over a week trying to find someone to install a new central air conditioner after my old unit stopped working. I called several reputable air conditioning companies. No one would handle the job. One company was too high. Another company came out told me they would call me the next day with a price. When I was contacted a representative suggested I find someone else because they could not handle the job. The third company I called had a representative come who took measurements and informed me he would contact me in two days with a price. That person never called. After spending a week with no air I started to search for other companies. I contacted Precise Comfort and Air Specialists. I spoke with Melvyn Villalta and explained my situation. I assumed he would tell me it would be a day or two before someone could go out. However to my surprise he informed he would come over in a half hour. Melvyn arrived on time. After my previous experiences I asked Melvyn to tell me on the spot if he could not handle the job. Melvyn looked at the unit which had been here around the time the house was build many years ago. After visually inspecting the unit and work area Melvyn informed me he could handle the job. His crew started work the day after Labor Day. His crew was prompt, knowledgeable, polite and very tidy. After the old air conditioning unit was removed you could not tell anything had been in place where the ac was. The area was spotless and all of the old unit was hauled away. The installation was a huge job and took several days. However the new ac was installed and is much cooler than the old unit I had. I highly recommend Precise for all your air conditioning needs. They offering fair pricing and are very reliable. Precise will handle all my air conditioning needs from now on.

Fast and through! My heating problem was minor but my service was exceptional. The problem was quickly diagnosed and my unit was throughly checked to ensure nothing else was wrong and that everything would function as normal. I definitely recommend as Percise Comfort is very percise!
