Our office received numerous quotes on the replacement of a 2 ton Ductless Split AC System for our computer server area. The quote by Precise Comfort was almost 40% less than all other quotes. The technician that did the install Melvyn was knowledgeable and skilled. He arrived at the scheduled time, and completed the job to our satisfaction.

Same day service! The repairman was courteous and neat. I will recommend this company to others.

Melvin was prompt and explained everything he was doing and why. He repaired and cleaned our air conditioner and furnace. Professional job and friendly service. They offer a contract that includes 2 cleanings a year at a very reasonable price .Highly recommend.

I can not give Precise Comfort enough stars! I called them in a bit of a panic. I called all over and no one could provide me same day service, but Precise Comfort did. They were on-site within an hour and the AC was fixed within another hour. They explained the issue, showed me pictures, and charged me a very fair price. They will be my go to HVAC repair and maintenance team for my New Orleans home.

I never said that my air make-up wasn’t working. I made it very clear that the issue was with the exhaust and intake being off balance. I repeated this multiple times on the phone because I wanted to ensure it was understood as a balancing issue. On the phone, I explained that I went on the roof, felt the make-up intake, and noted how much air was being pulled in. I also felt how the air was coming out of the exhaust.

I won’t reconsider the 1-star review. I hope you reconsider the appointment charge.

Melvin supplied fast and courteous service on a hot Saturday afternoon. He quickly found the problem, and had me up and running in no time.

Excellent service. Melvin and his crew were very professional, friendly and honest. He inspected and cleaned the coils of the inside and outside units and fully serviced my unit. He took his time to make sure I understood the job he did with before and after pics as well. They came highly recommended to me and now I highly recommend them!!

Replaced two 14 year old air conditioners at my home. Very reasonable price and great service. Overall my experience was fantastic. I called Precise at 7pm on a Monday night with a need for troubleshooting for my A/C system as it was no longer cooling and the condenser unit was damaged. They were very responsive and scheduled me a tech first thing the next morning. When I called they immediately answered my call. I called a number of other big name ac companies in the area and they all were answered by an answering service that could not even give me an estimate for when I would get a call back let along get a tech out. Precise approached my situation not by looking at how much money they could make off me but by what I actually needed. After troubleshooting, they noted I needed a new condenser unit as mine was cracked. They also leak checked the system to make sure there were no other leaks. They were able to diagnose the issue, install a new condenser unit, and get my ac system fully operational same day. Finally pricing was extremely fair. I can’t say enough good things about this experience and would recommend them to anyone for their ac needs!

1st of all, the diagnostic fee is not applied to your invoice if you approve the repairs. If that's the policy...ok. 2nd I was told that I needed a new thermostat ( even though the one I have is only 4 months old) and the cost would be over $500 for a new one. I saw the thermostat I have at Home Depot for $68 and one of the reviews highlighted a common mistake with connecting the thermostat. It only took me 5 min. to make the repair myself. This company engages in price gouging! Caveat Emptor...let the buyer beware!

Precise was responsive and sent a technician quickly when our AC went down in the summer heat. They fixed the problem and explained the issue. We are looking to replace some of our older equipment and plan to use Precise again. Excellent service!

I could not have asked for a smoother service call! From the initial contact through the process, this company has it all together.
My service technician Mike came out, checked the system and put in some corrective measures(Freon) and the system is up and running.
In the future for a new AC system I will be contacting them again and you should look into them as well!
