I had issues with what seemed like a circuit breaker going bad at 10pm Mardi Gras weekend, and while they.couldn’t get to me right then, they were out the very next day, and even arrived 5 minutes early (a miracle in New Orleans on a regular day 😉).

i called Schlumbrecht to our house to examine a faulty light in our kitchen. When they came they did not fix anything, told my partner that it was just an issue with the recessed lighting can and that we could fix that ourselves, and then charged us $90 for no services. When the issue persisted after my attempts to fix, we called them back and they refused to come, telling us to replace the can ourselves. When a second electrician came out, they quickly realized there were three problems throughout the wiring in our kitchen and not just at the ligh can. Schlumbrecht did no work, ignored real electrical issues in our house, and charged us $90 for their "services." do not use them.

Super responsive in time-senstive situation, easy to communicate with and very professional and knowledgeable. Will definitely return here for any future electrician needs.

I needed a front porch light repaired. They suggested a motion sensor light. I am delighted to pull up to my house and feel safe. I have used them for other projects. They are honest, efficient, courteous, and affordable.

Robert was extremely helpful in a pinch; the motor to our jacuzzi tub would not cut off on a Sunday afternoon, and we could not comfortably figure out how to deal with it. I randomly found this company via google search for weekend electricians, and he walked me through it over the phone, leading me to the plug to simply unplug it to solve the problem at least for now. The electricians were flexible, punctual, professional and thorough. They cleared their schedule to restore our tenants' electricity and upgrade the wiring in the days leading up to Christmas, ensuring that they would have power for the holiday season. I called on a Monday and an estimator was out Tuesday morning on time and professional. I was provided a quote within minutes scheduled the job and their technicians (who were also very professional and organized) came that afternoon to complete the job. Very satisfied! I can't say enough about how pleased I was with the whole experience dealing with the folks at Schlumbrecht's. From the initial visit where he helped me plan out the best layout for all new LED recessed lighting in my kitchen, dining room, and living room, to removing unnecessary switches from the previous owners, and making sure the whole layout was going to not only look good, but be very functional for the future. Install was quick, exceeded our expectations, and meticulous about ensuring the job was done right. They were very easy to work with, clean, professional, and did a great job overall. I would definitely recommend them whenever you need quality electrical work done.

The guys came to my house right on time which I appreciated and offered me solutions on how to go about the electrical issue I was having in one of my bedrooms. I’d definitely use them again.

Horrible experience we are still dealing with months later. They never finished the work. We paid a large bill and confirmed the work was never completed and some was not started at all. Don’t go through what we did.
