Kennon produced plans for small addition to our building. He also was very instrumental in obtaining permits from code enforcement and the fire marshal!

Kennon inspected property, took notes and photos and did some thorough background research. Discussed his recommendations at original walk-through and presented written report in a timely fashion. He was courteous and professional and the report was concise and well researched. I am now at step two of the process and contractor is working with Kennon’s report as a starting point. Excellent work!

We had a plumbing team come out to our home in New Orleans to check out a leak in our tankless water heater. Jermaine quickly found the source of the problem and explained what needed to be done. Even though it turned out that the entire water heater needed to be replaced, Jermaine worked with the warranty department for our water heater and managed to get us a brand new unit. They ordered the replacement and installed it the very next day. Lucas handled the installation, and he was right on time, kept us updated, and did a top-notch job with both the setup and the clean-up. He also made sure we understood how to use the new system and maintain the warranty. Both Jermaine and Lucas were professional, friendly, and made the whole process easy for us. We had a great experience and highly recommend their plumbing services!

Set a day and time to discuss a renovation and took off from work to meet. Never showed. However, I did receive a voice mail apologizing for the missed meeting and offered to re-schedule.
