After emailing with their customer service who said i could drop off my rug from 9 - 3 pm today (I did specify 29 March in the email), I am here outside their door and was greeted by the sign that says they closed at 12 today. I drove from Biloxi, MS and now I've wasted 3 hours to drive here and drive home without being able to drop off my carpet.

... Next time, please make sure you tell your customers of your time changes when they are doing their best to schedule drop offs. I had to take off work for this and now I don't know what to do.

The owner, Frank, is a great guy. Best customer service. He has a lot of pride in his family's company and it definitely shows. He will go above and beyond to make sure you're happy. I will be doing business with again.

Update. Had to take a star off. I would not recommend the rug repair service. Was told before I agreed to the repair that the rug would look like new. In reality, I got the rug back and i'm missing about half an inch on the corner due to what I would describe as a less than perfect wrap on the corner. Very disappointing.

I first called and spoke with Nicole. She was extremely helpful and listened with care as I was inquiring about a rug repair. Today I brought my rug in and was so grateful to Frank and Mike for getting it out of my car, it weighs as much as I do and they were very nice and smiling as they brought it in to be assessed. The rug is about 100 years old and has been a part of our family which includes grandkids and dogs. Frank and Maxine talked about each of the problem areas and explained how the rug can be repaired. They provided me with all the information I needed to make an informed choice. All the while, it was an extremely welcoming and friendly place to be and I loved talking with each of them who individually took the time to help me. I am so grateful to know that my family rug will have a little bit of their good energy as part of its history. Frank, Mike, Maxine and Nicole are amazing!

Mattress and carpet cleaning helped removed lingering odors in apartment due to past smoking.
Also, rug and couch cleaning helped remove pet stains and lingering odors!
It was like a whole new couch tbh and cleaning the rug helped the dog stop marking that spot! So thankful we did this!

Happy with their service and we are a customer for life.

We had needed some home cleaning services done and had a maid come out literally the same day to give us an estimate the price was very fair and very reasonable we went ahead and had our entire downstairs cleaned and her upstairs in our floors the company did amazing amazing work I would highly suggest using them again please ask Veronica if you're needing any type of cleaning services done

Our home was super dirty and needed major cleaning done. The two ladies came out and cleaned the entire house and wow they were fast and they were good would highly suggest!!!

Our home in Westlake Village was very dirty and definitely needed some cleaning after calling online and having two of the cleaning ladies come to our home to clean up our home really fast and really efficiently and brought so many tools we are very impressed with them this is definitely a high value company that you should use if you ever need any cleaning services!!!

I’ve had the hardest time finding *quality* cleaners for my place ever since Covid. I’m allergic to dust, so I need help with a deep clean every other month. After trying a countless number of mediocre cleaning companies, I heard about these guys. Let me tell you- I AM SO THANKFUL I DID! My place has never looked, felt, and smelt so fantastic. Will definitely be contacting these guys again. Appreciate y’all!

So I decided to find this company and just..Wow! What a helping hand! the care coordinator came out the same hour we called and I was able to book an appointment the same hour to clean my house.
Perfect!

Helping Hands Home Cleaning Services did a fantastic job! They went above and beyond in cleaning under the edges of area rugs, the inside of the windows, dusted around the baseboards and ceiling, and scrubbed the bathroom faucets, tub, etc. to gleaming.

Great cleaning company with amazing rates! I’ve tried a few different companies within the area but Helping Hands has been the best by far. Helping Hands Home Cleaning Services sent out three people to assist with a huge kitchen that needed to be cleaned. The kitchen had not been cleaned in a long time. It took over 12 hours for three people to clean the kitchen and other parts of the house. Overall, the cleaning service was excellent.

I cant mop. I can barely sweep. If I mop, my back goes out for days or weeks...

Clearly, I needed to get some cleaning done. One of my neighbors suggested I give these folk a call. I did.

The last time I had a service for cleaning was almost a decade ago. I forgot how it feels to have a clean space. They did a wonderful job, and I really enjoyed the results of a clean home. Definitely would recommend.
