We’ve had two great experiences with Helping Hands Home Cleaning Services. Our cleaners showed up on time and were kind, professional, and wearing masks per Covid precautions, We keep our home neat and clean, but Helping Hands Home Cleaning Services goes above and beyond. They pay attention to the small details and areas I can never get perfectly clean. We’ll recommend Helping Hands Home Cleaning Services to anyone looking for cleaning services!

I have been using Helping Hands Home Cleaning Services for many years and I wouldn't think of switching. Their cleaners are fantastic. I had to skip one month's cleaning (i thought I had been exposed to COVID) so there was a lot to clean when the cleaners came. They did a fantastic job - really went the extra mile. They do a great job of cleaning and also of arranging so that things look nicer. I am so grateful for all the hard work the do. I could not do the sort of physical labor they do.

Helping Hands Home Cleaning company has done many cleanings for us over the last year both for personal work in the house here in West Hills. They take pride in what they do, do it well, and at a reasonable price. We love that they are reliable and local. We found them after doing research because we were not happy with the cleaning another company was doing for us. We contacted them and got a quick response. After meeting with Veronica and discussing the spaces and costs the decision to hire them seemed easy and it was a great decision.
We recommend them as they can be trusted and are deserving of the chance to prove themselves to meet your needs and expectations!

They went out of their way to accommodate a last minute first time cleaning for me. Left my house for work, and came back to a clean organized house. Very much appreciated, and will use them again.

I've been in touch with this service for a couple of weeks now. The first time the owner was 10 minutes late to the appointment. Then after delayed email communication we worked out a time for the service to come in on a weekday (I took a day off for her to come to the house). I waited for over an hour and they still had not come, called or responded to any communication. This is the worst experience I've had with a service provider. I do not recommend.

UPDATE: After posting my review, the company got in touch with me immediately to fix the situation. They came that day to do a cleaning (no charge) and then offered another cleaning for the whole house with no charge on a day of my convenience. All of this was much appreciated. The quality of the work was 5 stars and I look forward to booking them in the future!

Betty and Chelsea have been amazing to work with. They are always there when needed and in constant communication with our vacation rental. I highly recommend them. They have done a great job for us and we could not be happier with their service

If you need cleaning services in the New Orleans area (Garden District for us) Irish Channel Cleaning is the way to go. They are great! They not only quote fair, honest and competitive prices for their services but also go above and beyond to make sure that all of our cleaning needs are met. On several occasions we had to ask for additional services or unusual requests and ICC was able to deliver without issue. Irish Channel Cleaning is a kind family business with a personal touch. During the scheduling/pre-cleaning process they thoroughly went through all my needs and even brought up/offered additional services I hadn't even thought of. Not one section of my apartment was left untouched. Definitely worth it to have a professional cleaning.

I've been a very happy client of Irish Channel Cleaning for over 2 years! They provide a wonderful, reliable service that has not diminished with time. They are responsive and flexible and willing to accommodate special requests (like when I needed them to steam clean my couch.) I can't recommend them more highly!

Fiber-Seal has been a "go to" for my house for years. Raising kids and having dogs takes a toll on rugs and furniture, I am so happy Fiber-Seal has been around to seal and clean everything! My house is always clean and fresh thanks to them! Oh, and they can get dog pee out of carpets too!

I really appreciate the eco-friendly approach EcoPro Steamers uses. It’s great to have such a deep clean without the harsh chemical smells you get with other companies. They were efficient, thorough, and the drying time was much faster than I expected. If you're looking for quality work and great customer service, this is the place to call.
