I highly recommend Welcome Home Cleanings NOLA. They have been taking care of my places for nearly 5 years now. They always do a great job and are very flexible working with my changing schedule. They are also very responsive to any extra needs I may have. They are the best choice in NOLA for short-term rental cleaning or as a consistent home maid service.

I'm sorry to say this service did not spend the time necessary to clean my home. I used them weekly for over a month and continued to have issues with overlooked items. The owner is nice and hard working but doesn't do your home by herself and doesn't allow time to get everything cleaned. Could not recommend due to lack of quality control.

This is the best cleaning service in New Orleans. I have tried others and the owner and cleaner, Elizebeth, is THE BEST. She comes when I need and stays until EVEYTHING is spotless. She is very fast but gets the job right and does extra things that I don't even ask for like cleaning out the oven! THANKS!

Was refreshing to walk into my home with such a thorough cleaning. The Cleaning Authority staff did a better job with my range top and microwave than I have done! I greatly appreciate their attention to detail and follow through.

This was my first clean with CA and Angel and Bre did a great job cleaning our house! They were quick and courteous. I also really, REALLY appreciated that they have someone come out and inspect after the first clean and then randomly. It really makes me feel like they value quality and customer happiness. Thanks guys!

All teams over the last couple of years have done a great job and provided our home with an excellent clean.

On top of that, our teams are friendly; complimentary of our home; move about with professionalism—even if we happen to be here and are moving about with our schedules—and love on our cats 😻!

2024 Wonderful team came and rid my home of construction dust! I was so impressed with their attention to detail, concern for my having a good experience and above all else they are fast. Brian and Barry have a great organization and recruit above average employees - thanks guys, you are the best!

The Ladies were very kind and courteous took off their shoes at the door without anyone having to say anything. On their arrival they got right to work and got things done in a timely manner. Our home is very clean and smells very fresh. We were very pleased and satisfied with the job.

Cleaning Authority has been cleaning our home for almost two years, and we are very pleased. Their staff is extremely considerate and the office always accommodates our schedules. Most important, however, is the quality of their people. Amanda, Porcha, and Leyla are hands-on, and are very detail-oriented. They care very much about the work they do. They make our home sparkle. This is a great team!
