I switched to The Cleaning Authority from a local company because I wasn't happy with the level of service I'd been receiving. I thought that perhaps my expectations were just too high, but it seemed to me that if i was going to pay someone to do the cleaning work I could do myself, it should at least be to the standard I would hold myself. The Cleaning Authority has met and surpassed my expectations over the first three cleanings. They also have an app that allows me to easily reschedule cleanings and manage my account, which is something my former company didn't offer either. I will not be living in New Orleans permanently, so I'm glad this company is a nationwide brand because I intend to continue to give them my business wherever I may end up next. I highly recommend this company!

This was my first experience with The Cleaning Authority. Felicia was the person cleaning. She introduce herself and went over the areas she will be cleaning. She was very nice and did an excellent job. We did a walk through and she was ready to correct whatever needed to be corrective. However, I found everything to my satisfaction.

I hired this service for my mother who was a House Keeper for the Marriott Hotel for over 35 years. She was very impressed with Mrs. Lilly, said she cleaned very well and her home smells so fresh and clean.

As always a supreme clean with no complaints! Today I had three cleaners: Ken, RaeAnne and Lilly. They always do an exceptional job and leave my place feeling like a nice hotel room! They also positioned a cat toy in a way that my cats are now completely obsessed with so good move lol.

Detailed cleaning of windows, baseboards, tiles and countertops. Bathrooms and kitchen bright and polished. Got our home ready for the holiday and it felt like a hotel. Great work

Lisa was great . She had a very pleasant & helpful attitude & did a thorough job dusting & vaccuming & the house looked & felt very clean! I was very happy with her job!

Horrible - don't waste your time or money. They are nothing more than single handed dusters. Cobwebs left near the floor, bathroom water stains never touched, floor so wet it took four hours to dry under the fan. And what I caught on camera -eating my food, boss telling them to take longer so I wouldn't complain. Just clean the house, I don't care how long it takes, fast or slow, it's got to be clean when you're done. It has never been clean after the five chances they were given to clean. A few photos after the toothbrush detail cleaning of my brand new house. RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I am absolutely appalled at the service we received from TCA. We were charged an outrageous $420 for what was supposed to be a "deep cleaning," but the results were beyond disappointing.

Here's what they FAILED to do:
• Clean and sanitize the kitchen countertops
• Clean the baseboards
• Dust the fireplace mantle
• Dust the plantation shutters

To add insult to injury, my house was being cleaned bi-weekly prior to their visit, with only a 2-3 week gap before this so-called "deep cleaning." My home was not excessively dirty, yet after two people cleaning for FOUR hours, we were left with an incomplete and subpar job.

For $420, I expected nothing less than perfection. Instead, I received a level of service worse than half of what I’ve paid other cleaning services in the past. The lack of attention to detail and sheer carelessness is completely unacceptable.
Save your money and find a cleaning company that actually delivers on their promises. TCA, you should be ashamed of yourselves

Very nice ladies. Very courteous. They worked the entire time, and they left a clean house. The supervisor even showed up to check on them.

Excellent crew. After a couple of mediocre crews I was ready to cancel. They reached out to me and sent this stellar crew. They listened and did a great job! I hope to keep this particular crew going forward.
Update. The same crew came today and did a great job again.

We had Cleaning Authority come for the first time today & we are so pleased! They team that came to clean was so polite, very nice, easy to talk to & did a fantastic job of bringing our house back to life! We have 5 pets and a baby so it’s often dusty and chaotic so coming back home to such a shiny and fresh house was amazing. The communication with the owner was easy! He’s a very nice gentlemen & the breakdown of our costs was very fair considering our house size and needs. I would highly, HIGHLY suggest hiring this company for your cleaning needs. What’s better? They’re across the country too!

Overall, thank you guys so much. Shoutout to our cleaners, you’re the best. Can’t wait for the next clean!

Sheri is excellent and extremely professional cleaner. Highly recommend requesting her to clean your home. She cares and makes sure she's exceeding expectations. She's a real asset to the company.

Sheri and Rae Anne arrived on time, were friendly, and efficient.
We clarified what I needed to be done and they quickly went to work. They frequently asked me to check their work and make suggestions. I was very pleased with the quality and thoroughness of their work.

I typically do not complete a lot of ratings. It takes time I do not have, and I am a firm believer that the many GOOD experiences should be recognized as well as the bad. Today, I needed to make the time for the work that Johnny and Jamiah with The Cleaning Authority did. It was outstanding…more so, it was superb, and every other superlative. This cleaning was scheduled between two weekends of Mardi Gras house-full guests, while I was also working and finishing up my own Mardi Gras krewe tasks. Johnny and Jamiah worked around me and our three dogs in our home office, and Mardi Gras parade catches and crafts as situated as one can make them under these circumstances. They even folded a pile of towels and washcloths fresh out of the dryer that I only had time to put on the bed before they arrived.

This is the type of service that deserves recognition, and that I can give up a few extra minutes to give. Their extra effort sure made my day!

The owner personally came out to explain their process and provide an estimate for a deep clean, and they even managed to fit us in the very next day. Satisfaction is guaranteed...they meet with you 30 minutes before the job is completed to ensure everything meets your expectations.
