Geaux Maids is great! I called them needing a deep clean in a pinch (the next day!) and they sent over Veronica who did THE BEST JOB cleaning my really dirty house! I hadn't planned to, but now I am going to have Veronica come back every two weeks because she is so pleasant and sweet and such a great cleaner! Geaux Maids also has an excellent online booking system, and they are really organized and easy to reach. A very professional, wonderful company with super nice people and they do great work. Highly recommend.

I had Geaux Maids come to deep clean my house in preparation to sell it. It was easy to make an appointment over the phone and the technician, Veronica showed up on time. I walled through the house with her, telling her what I needed and she told me what she could do and not do. It took about three hours but when I came back the house smelled nice and clean and looked fantastic! She walked though with me pointing out some problem areas, things that are not hard to fix. She was very polite and nice to deal with. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again. Thank you!

Geaux Maids—from administration to the remarkable cleaning professionals—provides outstanding and consistent service. Communication is excellent. The level of attention to details is superb.

They wash towels and linens and do a terrific job folding and putting away. Beds made, floors and bathrooms spotless and never a worry about security and quality.

I’ve used them for three years now and they come through every single time. If you’ve never used Geaux Maids before, do it today. You deserve a superior housecleaning service. Both you and your home will be glad you did!

Brooke and her colleague did a great job on the deep clean of our home! We had had several different construction crews working before we moved in and everything was dirty and dusty. Brooke made it all livable again!

Wanted to love the service, but house wasn’t left as clean as expected. They do have a policy for redo if you report it within 24 hours- but I felt too bad. I suspect that they were short on time. I will say they were very attentive with scheduling and everyone was very friendly and trustworthy. I’ll consider trying again!

Taylar, our cleaner, was incredible.

The company itself, not so much. They do not allow the cleaners near enough time (less than 3 hrs for a 2br 1b) to do a thorough job before they have to leave for their next scheduled appointment. They also told Taylor that we scheduled a basic clean when we scheduled and paid for a deep clean. I noticed some things were missed, so I contacted Taylar, who offered to come back if anything was missed, and without hesitation she came back and completed the deep clean plus some.

Overall, despite the companies’ shortcomings, I was extraordinarily satisfied with the efforts and understanding of our cleaner, Taylar, and I hope the company learns to create more reasonable schedules for their employees and compensates them appropriately.

Had to make change to appointment day and time several times because of conflicts on my end. They were helpful and responsive to the changes.

Brooke was able to come on the same day that I reached out for help and she was awesome. Thank you! She was great about cleaning among the chaos of small children.

Do not use. This is what a 400 dollar "deep clean" will get you from this company. Also, when I was called back after lodging my complaint, I was given a discount of only 80 bucks! I had to spend another 3 hours cleaning all of the things they didn't even touch!

Taylar did a fantastic job deep cleaning my place! She was super thorough and I’m really happy with it. I highly recommend Geaux Maids, especially for a move in/move out cleaning service :)

I would give more stars than 5 if possible. My appointment for a deep clean was for 8:30 and Trinity spent all day cleaning until 3! I was at work the whole time but when I got back it a totaled transformed and smelled like new. I hardly ever leave reviews but I’ve been thoroughly impressed as a first time customer. 1000% would recommend and the value I got for the money spent was through the roof.

I am so grateful for Eranay! She did an absolutely incredible job in our home, managing to clean areas that I have not been able to tackle. She worked so very hard for eight hours straight and I don't think our place has ever looked better. For a home with two very sheddy dogs, this was no easy task. We're going to be booking with Geaux Maids on a quarterly basis and I hope we get to have Eranay again!

I had an amazing experience with Brooke! She did an outstanding job and was so thorough in every task. What stood out to me the most was her helpful and understanding attitude. Whenever she wasn’t sure about something, she asked questions to make sure everything was done perfectly, which I really appreciated. It's rare to find such attention to detail and professionalism. Carmon did SUCH an amazing job! I consider myself to be pretty clean, but she cleaned things I’d never even thought about getting dirty. She seriously exceeded my expectations, and she also kept me updated through the process and asked for feedback which I really appreciated. I can tell she takes pride in her work and really cares about her clients’ wants and needs! Geaux Maids as a whole has been very pleasant to work with and communicative, especially Hazel! Y’all definitely have a long term client with me!

I was extremely pleased with Geaux Maid service. The two ladies who came in were professional, got to work immediately and were very pleasant the entire time.

By the end of service, the whole location smelled clean and fresh for the first time since I bought it a few weeks ago, and it’s starting to feel like mine now.

This was my first experience with hiring a maid service, but I would happily choose Geaux Maids again in the future for additional cleaning when required.
