Myracal D. did an amazing job at cleaning out house for a party! She went the extra mile and clean every single room very thoroughly, especially the areas we needed the most (kitchen and bathrooms). 10/10 would hire Geaux Maids again and would request Myracal D.!

Amazing customer service. From the very first time I called and spoke with Peach to begin scheduling my cleaning services, I have been absolutely impressed with her willingness to accommodate all my needs. I made some mistakes when scheduling my cleaning online and Peach quickly adjusted my charges to accurate reflect the size of my house and reimbursed me for the errors I made. Tilisia has been absolutely awesome, she is always on time, professional, and an overall sweet person who takes great pride in everything she does. I recommend them to anyone from their customer service to their cleaning staff, you will not be disappointed.

I had a one time cleaning, and it was wonderful to come home to a clean house. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. I appreciate the range of services and add-ons to customize how my house is cleaned.

House was feeling very messy so my roommates and I decided to hire professional cleaners. We were able to book a cleaning for 2 days later! They did an awesome job! On time and very prompt. Super accommodating when I had to come back home during their cleaning. Would definitely recommend to anyone, especially if you need a last minute cleaning.

I want you to know how very pleased I am with Geaux Maids cleaning service! My daughter lives in New Orleans & had to evacuate her home just before Hurricane Ida & was 9 months pregnant at the time. She came back & then had her baby early. I flew in from California to help but needed her house cleaned before she got home from the hospital. I booked the soonest appointment available for cleaning & wrote a note to explain what was going on, begging for a sooner appointment. Well, the folks at Geaux Maids were kind enough to arrange a cleaning in the morning before she & the new baby came home & while I was flying! How wonderful for us all to come back to a sparkling clean home! Thank you SO much for cleaning so well, and especially for being so responsive to a customer! We are happily continuing with Geaux Maids!

Worst cleaning experience ever. I really wanted to like this company, but when I returned to my house after the Geaux maid's cleaner had been there for 3 hours, I was shocked because it was like NOTHING had been cleaned. (We were informed after the fact that the cleaner they sent had the flu which is why nothing was done.) But this was disastrous since I had hoped to have a clean house prior to my mother (!) arriving for Christmas. I received a partial refund, but given that so little was done and how it ruined our holiday, I expected a full refund. They didn't seem to care if we were satisfied or not.

The woman who cleaned my house had a wonderful personality. She was friendly and worked for several hours. I did what I thought to be a good look through but after she left I realized the baseboards in the bathroom were dirty and the kitchen counter wasn’t clean. While she did a decent job- I don’t really feel that I got $327 worth of cleaning- especially since I didn’t even have her vacuum.
4/27/18 Update: After reading my 3 star review, Geaux Maid President made outreach to me in an effort to correct the issues. He sent out a different lady, named Jessica, and she did amazing. She paid great attention to detail and took pride in her work. She was pleasant, friendly, and I would love to have her back! Thank you Geaux Maid for exhibiting wonderful customer service!

I was very pleased with the cleaning services that Geaux Maids completed for me today. The two young women were very professional, they did the job well, they were efficient, and everything was done within a good and reasonable manner of time. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Would be hard to recommend at this point. paid for a deep clean that was anything but such that they had to come back a second time - and then the housekeeper was extremely unprofessional - spent the majority of the time on the phone with someone else discussing my home. made me very uncomfortable.

0 stars. Absolutely terrible cleaning service. I paid for the move out cleaning service but I don’t think they cleaned anything. They claimed they spent 14 hours cleaning my house in total after sending someone back to re-clean. But the re-clean was just as bad as the original clean. They ended up refunding me 50% which would be nice if it weren’t for the fact that they left holes in the wall and broke my handheld shower handle. Thanks for nothing

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Geaux Maids LLC. They canceled my scheduled cleaning, claiming "unsafe mold conditions" based on subjective opinions, not verified by any professional assessment. They provided photos of areas they said had mold, but none of these showed any evidence of mold. My home is clean and safe, and I had already resolved the prior mold issue in the AC vents before their visit.

Despite canceling the job themselves, they refuse to refund the payment for services they never performed. I even offered a fair $50 payment for their initial visit, which was generous considering no cleaning was done. They declined and continue to keep the rest of my money.

This company hides behind vague "safety policies" to avoid fulfilling their obligations, taking payments without delivering on their promises. It’s unethical, unprofessional, and incredibly disappointing.

I’ve filed a dispute with my credit card company, reported them to the BBB, and will continue warning others. Save yourself the trouble—find a company that values integrity and respects its customers.

Extremely satisfied with the superior cleaning completed by Veronica this afternoon. Veronica made arrangements to arrive earlier than originally scheduled; she was efficient and effective in cleaning. She did a wonderful job!!

I can not stress enough how much Geaux Maids has been so helpful in my life as a new working Mom. I called almost a year ago in a tearful state about 5 months postpartum and the Geaux Maids team fit me in the next day and I haven't looked back since. I look forward to our biweekly visits and it has help me so much to develop a sustainable cleaning routine with a toddler. The Geaux maids team is so flexible and kind and their customer service is top tier. I have recommended them to all of my friends. It is totally worth it, if you can ask for Veronica she is the ABSOLUTE best.

We've been using Geaux Maids for two years and we still have the same person cleaning our house. She's reliable, trustworthy, and does a great job every time. I especially love the way the house smells when they're done! Highly recommend!
