My husband had recently been in a serious car accidents dent and following a 12 day hospital stay would be coming home and confined to a wheelchair for 2-3 months while he recovered. Needless to say the house had not been my first priority and I wanted to get it deep cleaned before he came home. I found them online and chose them based to their positive reviews. I was able to schedule them to come and do an estimate and they were able to schedule the cleaning for the following day. My husband made it home before I could schedule them but they were very polite and conscientious about having to clean around my husband, a hospital bed and a wheelchair that didn’t normally exist in our living room. I also did all of this by phone because I was trying to manage work, caring for my husband, etc. my sister in law was there for the estimate and she also commented on Brian’s professionalism and that she felt comfortable with him. The ladies who came the next day were fantastic and the it was so very nice to come home to a really clean house. I would recommend them to to anyone.

Second deep clean of initial contract. Cheyenne and Jamyra showed up promptly, did a great job and took requests and direction perfectly. My shower looks amazing! Same with the first time the crew came.

Greg their supervisor came during cleaning to check up and bring them any supplies they may have needed. Very nice guy, very professional and good to talk to.

Very professional organization. I love the checklist of items that will be done each visit and the alerts to let me know exactly when the team will arrive. The results are always top-notch, as well.

I love The Cleaning Authority! The staff are professional, friendly and do an excellent job. I have a dog and they are so sweet to him; I’m never concerned if I need to leave him while they clean. Highly recommend this service for a regular home cleaning. Worth it!

I was moving into a new house and needed a thorough cleaning before moving in. I also signed up for biweekly cleanings and had our first standard cleaning today. Both times two cleaners arrived on time and were super professional. They do a very good job. We have three cats and you can’t even tell once they are done. I especially like that I get a call to remind me of the scheduled cleaning and that they use their own products so in my chaos from moving, I didn’t have to figure out where all my cleaning products are. The biweekly service is affordable and it’s so nice to come home to a clean house. Definitely recommend The Cleaning Authority.

The last two cleanings have been excellent. The team of Varese & Raleigh on 6/27 was very thorough with a great attitude, and Namibia (sp?) Mendee was fantastic on 7/11

Have always been skeptical about hiring a big cleaning company but The Cleaning Authority has been amazing! Raimeka and Zoe were so thorough when cleaning my moms house that she wanted to invite people over the same night to brag about how clean everything was. Definitely recommend them!! I just started using The Cleaning Authority after they were recommended by a friend. I have received the first of two initial cleanings, and I am happy so far. The two cleaners were Alisha and Trina. They were polite, friendly, efficient, and hard-working. They were also extremely sweet to my dogs and my daughter. They did a fantastic job and did so quickly and efficiently. I had one detail I asked them about, and they immediately fixed it. An inspector stopped by to ensure I was satisfied with my cleaning. After they left, I noticed another detail, so I emailed the company, and they quickly responded via email. So far, I am thrilled with the customer service and their cleaning results. I have had my house cleaned for years by a lady who did a decent job, but The Cleaning Authority is providing a service beyond that. I look forward to maintaining a new level of a clean house.

Great service, have been using them for a year+ and it’s extremely reliable, professional, and convenient. I love the rotation areas with extra emphasis and the whole staff is very flexible and easy to communicate with. Definitely recommend!!!

TCA has come to my house for over a month now, and I'm super happy with their work. The biweekly cleanings mean less time I have to spend scrubbing surfaces and more time I get to spend enjoying my home in its super clean state. TCA's employees have been kind, polite, and easy to speak with, and when I had an issue with the sink getting skipped over once, they fixed it as soon as I let them know. I love their approach to cleaning (ask them about their rotating deep clean) and how professional and organized they are. I look forward to every visit!

Heyy NOLA!!! I Have been using The Cleaning Authority - New Orleans since 2018. About 6 years now. I highly recommend their cleaning services. During the 6 years I have been using their services I have only had to address 2 minor issues which were promptly addressed by Barry. I just recently started working remotely from home as a Professional Travel Advisor and I will say it is really nice to have the house cleaned by a professional every 2 weeks to help keep up the cleanliness of not only my home but now my home office as well . Personally I request Ms. Lyndsay specifically for every single cleaning because she is very thorough and professional. She is an expert at finding the areas that I would never even consider cleaning. It is also important to me that she is comfortable around our dogs. whi she is cleaning they will be confined as to not be in the way but what sets Lyndsay apart from everyone else is that she wild take the time to let our pups out when she finishes cleaning when we are not home. I 100% recommend Cleaning The Cleaning Authority - New Orleans to anyone.
