FAR too expensive for the services they provide. I strongly recommend using an alternative service that probably will do a better job for cheaper. I have been consistently underwhelmed with their service and have decided to cancel my business with them.

I used this cleaning service for a numbers of months and their dependability and thoroughness in the beginning was top notch. Always had two very friendly employees who spent multiple hours giving the house a deep clean. Over time however, with bi-weekly cleanings, the company began to only send one employee who spent the same amount of time as the prior two and only did cursory and superficial cleans. After speaking with the manager about this, no change was made and lack of consistent employee help was cited as the reason. A family member had a similar experience with this company and ended up terminating their services as well. Paying good money for deep cleaning is something I am willing to do, not however, for surface dusting and hurried mopping of the floors.

They fit me in last minute after another company did not show up! The maid arrived on time, paid attention to small details and finished in a timely manner. Setting up the appointment with Maria was very easy and pleasant. I truly appreciate all of the hard work!

Maid in NOLA has come twice (we used the deep clean and are scheduled for monthly service now) and I’ve been THRILLED both times! It’s like someone turns my house into a hotel while I’m at work... Everything is fresh and clean, with special touches that just delight me like toilet paper roses and fan-folded towels. It’s such a relief on my weekends that I’m not stressing about getting deep cleaning done like dusting blinds and scrubbing showers. I’ve never used any other cleaning service, but I’m very happy with the price and the job that’s done!!!
