I have been using Phresh about 1 1/2 year to clean my place. Booking an appointment is always easy to do. They do a great detailed job. Let me know if something is wrong with my hone or in need of repair. The cleaners have been very professional. I would recommend their services to anyone.

We use Phresh Clean's Vacation Rental cleaning services and could not be more pleased. The online scheduling is a breeze. Dante provides stellar customer service on the occasion we need to make changes or have special requests. The cleaning and stocking are always perfect. We could not handle the volume of bookings or do same day "flips" on the rental property without them. 10/10 would recommend!

Phresh clean has managed my airbnb property for over a year and Dontae and his team have done a phenomenal job. I never have to worry about anything and they handle all aspects of the cleaning (5 star cleanliness rating) and managing the interactions with guests. The listing has a 4.5 star rating due in large part to their efforts. I have been using Phresh for about a month now and every part of using this company is a breeze. Booking the service online is super easy with their user friendly set-up. I made a mistake and booked the wrong kind of service, and I recieved a call immediately to ensure I was taking the right steps. The prices are super affordable, the employees do a stellar job cleaning, and the customer service is on point. 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing their house or B & B cleaned.

We used Phresh Clean for move out cleaning to get our house ready for tenants. I requested the quote on yelp. Dante came in, inspected our property and sent us the quote by email. The quote was very reasonable. Dante was very friendly and professional. Our property manager informed us that they did an excellent job with cleaning. We did not have to pay until the work was inspected by our property manager. I would definitely hire these folks again in future.

Phresh clean is the GOAT of cleaning services in NOLA, especially for short term rentals! I have been working with Phresh’s staff since November of last year and I am continuously impressed with their flexibility and quality of work.

They are able to keep up with last minute additions and cancellations to reservations and my guest reviews on cleaning have never been below 4 stars.

Chantel and Dontae on the management team are amazing to work with! They are reliable and truly care about the quality of work their teams provide.

I love the ease of using the Phresh portal to schedule cleans and the ability to leave critical notes for the cleaning team. Their system also pairs with QuickBooks for easy payments and accounting.

Additionally, the Phresh team can accept supplies for your rental and deliver it at their next visit! So helpful if you’re remote.

I would 10 out of 10 recommend using Phresh for your short term rental cleaning needs!

The cleaner of New orleans has been cleaning our office for years now and they are absolutely the best. They are professional, and most of all CLEAN!

I’ll admit it… my spouse and I are neatfreaks… that also have two messy toddlers and one lab that sheds like crazy…we spend so much of our family time on the weekends and at night trying to keep up with cleaning and decluttering. We used other cleaning services in the past and always end up canceling services because their attention to detail wasn’t what we needed or we would end up having to clean up ourselves afterwards. This was not the case with UNUS Cleaning! The UNUS team was here earlier this week for a deep clean and I’m just so thankful and impressed with their professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication. The team spent so much time and was very communicative with what I needed and wanted. My house feels and looks SO clean and tidy… my stress level has immediately decreased! UNUS Cleaning took there time on my previous home and made sure they left it spotless when I asked for a Move out deep clean. They gave me a very affordable quote and didnt upcharge me when they noticed it would take a little longer then expected. This makes their reliability amazing but sadly I cant use their services anymore as ive moved across the country. Highly recommend.

I had knee surgery and was having trouble with cleaning, but my daughter suggested Unus Cleaning.. They were amazing! Especially the customer service their also really friendly! They really do pay attention to detail when cleaning, would recommend to people who need help, or are unable to clean. Book with them asap!!!

This company was referred to us by a friend and we just started working with Unus cleaning: Kenia and Brian last week. I honestly don't know if our house has ever been as clean as they left it. Kenia and Brian were very hard working, considerate and professional. So far, I am very impressed and look forward to continuing to work with Unus.

Halfi does a great job and always leaves my place smelling fresh and my floors feel amazing! She's also super sweet and accommodating of my doggy who hates the vacuum.

I called The Cleaners for a pressure washing quote and, Halfi came out next day to get me my quote. Loved the quote, they have super easy and fast scheduling. Loved how they did the job!
