The cleaners did a good job. I was happy with the work but man was it a trial. They text that they were running late, an hour later I text to follow up. They said the one cleaner forgot her ID so the other one went to get hers. Over two hours later I get a call to go sponsor them on base. I get to the gate and neither of them have their license. Over three hours past my appointment I finally was able to get my house cleaned…..while my kids were literally in bedtime routine, they cleaned around them as they tried to fall asleep. It wasn’t ideal, and very inconvenient to be over 3 hours late to an evening appointment

hired the cleaners of new Orleans as a gift to my daughter. Her boyfriend had been in the hospital with an autoimmune lung disease for 2 weeks. She was working 3 jobs to make ends meet, and wanted the house clean and dust free when he was released from the hospital. The cleaners came on the 1st day she had off in 3 weeks, were there for approximately 3-4 hours. After they were gone she called me and said, "Mom they didn't mop the floors or clean the windows/blinds or dust the ceiling fans. And they only cleaned half my kitchen counter tops " She was pleased with how they cleaned the showers and dusted the baseboards. When I reached out to the cleaners they offered to come back and make it right, but my daughter had already mopped the floors, and dusted the blinds and fans. The cleaners were good with my discounting the fee for their services,

This service did a great job on my home. The ladies were very nice. We have pets that shed and they tackled that no problem on a deep clean. The only thing i would change is asking for a pine sol treatment in the future which I am following up on now. Bonus is they were able to come out the same day that I requested an estimate! Recommend.

I decided to try this company for biweekly cleanings because the person I was using before was inconsistent. I actually found them kind of by chance, I saw their car while driving, called the number on the side, and spoke with a gentleman whose name started with an H (don’t want to butcher it). He asked about the number of rooms and square footage and gave me a price on the spot, which honestly made me a little uncomfortable. I told him my house is minimally furnished and that his quote was the highest I’d gotten, so he lowered it a bit. We agreed on a price and set a date.

After reading reviews, I saw a lot of people raving about Kenya, so I asked if she’d be the one coming. He said yes, and I was excited. The first cleaning (a deep clean) usually takes a long time, sometimes all day. That’s why I was surprised when they sent only one person. From my experience, even two people usually take 6–7 hours for a proper deep clean. According to my Ring camera, Kenya arrived around 9 a.m. and left at 12:30 p.m. There was just no way everything got the attention it needed in that amount of time.

When I got home, the house smelled clean and the rug had been vacuumed, but everything else was pretty disappointing. There was still visible dirt and dust on the floor, toothpaste on the backsplash, dusty baseboards, a dirty tub, dishes put away wet and not really clean, and even my air fryer only half cleaned. Honestly, it didn’t feel like a deep clean, not even a regular one.

I gave two stars instead of one because when I explained my frustration and sent pictures, the gentleman I spoke with handled it well. He didn’t give me any attitude, quickly offered a solution, and waived the fee for that cleaning. Kenya also later texted me to let me know she had left a drink in my freezer and asked me to toss it. But by the time I saw the message, it had already exploded in there.

In the end, while I truly appreciated the polite customer service, the actual cleaning just wasn’t up to standard. They did offer to send someone back out in two weeks, but I declined and decided not to continue with the company.

Needed help with window cleaning for a friend’s house in New Orleans, and Halfi was very friendly and gave great quality work. He was fast and very efficient. Will 1000% be using their services again. Thank you very much for the help!
