I cannot recommend Maids in New Orleans. I paid for “deep cleaning” but got a basic clean, in my opinion. The following are some of my concerns:
1. Only 1 person came and tried to complete a deep cleaning in 2 hours.
She only wiped baseboards where they were visible.
2 she did not dust all my furniture, blinds, floors.
3. She didn’t dust my hard wood floors under the beds even after I removed all storage from under the beds. She finally did so when I pointed this out to her.
4. She did not dust bookshelves completely.
5. The mop she used to wipe the floors did not pick up the dust and left the floors sticky.

It took me 7 hrs to complete an actual “deep cleaning “ over a 2 day period starting the next day.
This was difficult as I am 73 years old.

MAID IN NOLA is a wonderful service. Very efficient and polite. Their work is exceptional and I highly recommend Maid in NOLA.

Maid in Nola is another reason to look forward to Friday’s! I have been using them weekly for the past 3 years and they have never cancelled on me. They always show up on time and are ready to work. All of their employees are very friendly, professional and great with my kids! They always do an outstanding job!

Bibiana did a great job! She went above and beyond and finished everything in less than 4hrs for a reasonable rate. It's so nice to have our home feel like home again!

I really appreciate that Maid in NOLA charges a flat rate rather than hourly and accepts multiple forms of payment. We saved a lot of money and time by hiring real professionals!

They brought all of the cleaning supplies and left my apartment spotless!

I can’t say enough about how AWESOME this company truly is! My home has been restored in ONE DAY to its former beautiful glory! Maria was my contact person and two days after I called her, I had an appointment scheduled for deep cleaning. Blanca arrived in time and worked non-stop for over 7 hours! Every ceiling fan and light fixture are shining! Bathrooms are spic and span top to bottom! She cleaned from ceilings to baseboards and also all kitchen cabinets and appliances are sparkling clean! The bedrooms are dust-free and look like magazine pictures! I am going to be telling everyone to please call Maid in NOLA and let them make you as HAPPY as I am! Emily and Selena was very polite, thorough. They ask you what you want and they give it just how you want it and some.

I've used a couple cleaning services but Maid in NOLA has been the best, with sweet, professional and thorough staff who can clean around even a sometimes disorganized home like mine and really make it sparkle. (They're considerate of my pets as well.) The admin team is communicative and reliable, and I can easily text them about services. Their prices can't be beat for the quality work they do.

We paid 360 for deep cleaning a 1700 sf apartment and one person came for six hours. We took pictures of stuff on floor and shower and faucet and they said they would fix it. The same lady returned for two more hours. Most of it wasn't fixed. Kool-aid on top shelf in the freezer (we paid 40 extea for refrigerator and oven deep clean). I'm not taking pictures again, but the doorknobs and light switches were dirty, shower was barely wiped. Minimum job for big cost. When I called to ask how six hours for one person cost 360, she told me they don't pay by the hour. How convenient. DO NOT HIRE FOR DEEP CLEANING

This company is a rip off. My request was to clean kitchen and bathroom. They did no cleaning left soy unlocked overnight. I was charged aalmkst $300.00 and refrigerator, stove, oven bathroom sink, kitchen sink were all untouched. I called and was told that they only wipe cabinets, baseboards, counters and nothing else for the price. I could not even see that was done. Do not use these people. Very dishonest! I called the company today and told them the cleaners did not even go into the apartment. She could not even send me a photo as proof that the cleaner entered the unit. Do not use this company. They are very, very dishonest! Karen

My place is sparkling ✨ after a visit from Maid in Nola! This was my first experience with a housing cleaning service and I will definitely be booking again. They cleaned my apartment top to bottom—got all items under my bed, organized my bookshelves, cleaned doors off, got hard water stains off my shower doors, dusted the blinds, and scrubbed my floors. They even took my package in when it got delivered! My place hasn’t been deep cleaned in months and I came home to a spotless apartment. I’m very happy with my service!

First time customer with Molly Maids. Liz stopped in for an estimate and was professional and courteous. Liz explained all the rules/regulations and standard operating procedures. I chose bi-weekly cleaning and had my 1st house cleaning today by Emily and Selena. These two ladies were exceptional. I stopped in while they were cleaning to touch base with them and they explained more procedures and common practices. Both ladies were very attentive and accommodating as well that i recieved a courtesy text stating they were completed and locked up behind them. Upon coming home; the house smelled great and looked/felt cleaned. i did a walkthrough and saw that everything was completed per the initial estimate. I'm Super satisfied with the service thus far! Thanks to Liz, Emily and Selena!!!!
