Jake and Johnathan came out to address my issues. Service was very fast, and both technicians were very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Everything was explained to me in a way I understood and all of my questions were answered. I’m very happy with my experience and am looking forward to my next service!

I inquired about getting a new unit. Had never heard of Infinity Air. Mr Dunn came out. He was very professional, very nice. He explained to me my options. I picked the best option for me. Mr Dunn completed my application and of course there were technical difficulties lol. Eventually everything went well. The techs came out. They were also very professional and polite. I even beat one in playing Connect 4 even though he claims to have let me win lol (sorry I forgot his name). They are invited back for game night. I now have air and am greatly appreciative. Also thanks to Mr Dunn for the donation to our Prom Dress Drive.

Had this technician come out before. Enjoyed catching up with him. He explains everything he’s doing and why he’s doing it. He’s quick, very knowledgeable, and professional. When I saw it was him pulling up I knew we’d have cool air again pretty quickly. Hard worker that definitely knows what he’s doing.

Johnathan was very knowledgeable with his work. He came right in and after explaining what happened he went to the unit and knew immediately what was the problem. He had it fixed in no time. We have air again thanks to him!

James the owner of Infinity has been servicing my system for many years. He has even came out on a service call on Xmas Eve and didn't charge after hour or holiday rates. His service techs are top notch.
Xavier one of his techs, came out today. You couldn't ask for a more professional or courteous person. He had me up and running very quickly and was able to explain what had gone wrong with the unit. This is going above and beyond what he is there for. I will definitely request him on future calls!
And last, but certainly not least, is James' receptionist. She was polite, helpful and handled everything in a very professional manner. She is definitely a valuable asset to this company!

I purchased a new air conditioner system .Two men came to install the system. They were friendly and professional.They were able to answer all my questions. I am completely 😌 satisfied with the new air conditioner as it was able to cool down my home much more quickly than the one I replaced. KayHummel

I've worked with James's company for several years to handle my rentals and flips, repairs and new installs. I *NEVER*. NEVER, have to wonder if he'll show up, or if I'm getting to most honest, educated and unpressured feedback. He'll fix it if it can be fixed til it dies if I want to, and he will get me the best pricing if I need a new unit. They work with integrity and have a peaceful nature about them that displays they care about what's best for their client, and it makes business so easy to trust that I'm not getting upsold on services, I can trust the recommendations given, and they schedule and show up same day most of the time. They are always very open about their scheduling as well, never telling me that they can do something and don't fulfill because they've over scheduled.

I went to the company in the morning and someone came to fix it in the afternoon. I'm very satisfied and will definitely use your company again in the future! ！👍👍👍🙏🙏🙏

I have to give credit when credit is do... These the most professional people I have ever met. They've been to my house three times.. once to install.. second for maintenance and third.. I called them and told them the thermostat went blank. they came out the same day and found a wire that vibrated lose and fixed it. They ALWAYS showed up on time and very informative. For these reasons.. I will continue to be a loyal customer.

5+ rating. Johnathan just finished up our spring preventive maintenance check. Did a fantastic job! Very knowledgeable and completed work quickly and explained what was done. INFINITY AIR installed a new HVAC system in our home last week; and my husband and I have NEVER experienced such a genuinely kind, caring, helpful, courteous, and honest team!

This was evident with each person that I/we have interacted with at different echelons in the company—Mr. James Linville, Joe Dunn, Haley, and Xavier DeArmis and his installation team.

INFINITY AIR handled the job very efficiently—they were ready to install within 3 business days. Installation took about 8 hours. Xavier and his team demonstrated excellent work ethics—they arrived promptly, began work immediately, and worked very diligently! Thus, the job was completed on time!

The workers had good rapport between them and showed great teamwork! They were very respectful and courteous to us, which was impressive! Drop cloths were used and they wore the plastic shoes to protect the flooring; which many don't do when they come into a home. They left everything immaculate!

Based on our experience with INFINITY AIR thus far, I rate them 10 out of 5!!!
