Mr. Mike White helped get our air back up and running when it froze over on a Saturday evening, we had to have it because I have a 3 month old in the house so was very relieved he came out. Very fast very professional will absolutely call him again if we have another other issues!

Absolutely great! We had problems another company "tried" to fix multiple times and failed. Clean Air came out 1 time for repair and it is FIXED! Thank You Very Much!!!!!! Professional and very courteous.

JJ was very friendly and knowledgeable about the issue I was having with my furnace. He came out after-hours and worked quickly, he didn't leave until he was sure everything was working properly. I highly recommend Clean Air Systems!

TL;DR: Mike and JJ got me a free outdoor unit

Had called to troubleshoot my ac not cooling. JJ found that there was a leak and the coil needed replacing. My outdoor unit was under warranty with Goodman so they ordered the part which should have arrived in two weeks. He filled up my unit to keep our house cool while we wait on the part. Two weeks went by and Goodman dropped the ball and gave the part that was ordered to someone else. JJ and Mike kept refilling my unit for free after Goodman gave my part away while kept on getting with Goodman everyday to rectify the situation since a new part would take a while to come in due to Covid and after almost 2 months; Goodman finally gave in and got me a whole new outdoor unit. JJ just charged me the same cost as the agreed labor amount to repair the coil instead of a whole unit swap.

Kept me updated on what was going on and was very responsive even on weekends when the unit need refilling. Awesome people, outstanding service! Thanks for looking out for me!

Had these guys come out to give an estimate on cleaning my duct work and I was so afraid I was going to be told I had mold and that it was going to cost a ton to get it cleaned out. NOPE! Guy was honest and said my duct work was good with the exception of a couple things I could fix my self. What a relief to know there are still honest company’s out there doing the right thing.

We moved into a much older home and didn’t know the history of maintenance of the A/C system. A month after moving in, the entire system had to be replaced, as it was15+ years old. Since we plan on living in this home for many years, I wanted the duct work inspected and cleaned. Mike and his crew showed up on time and did an amazing job. When the old unit was removed, there was an air leak between the plenum and furnace. Air leak=mood growth!! The mold was removed and after the ducts were cleaned, I could tell an immediate difference in the air flow.
This may sound strange, but you can actually “feel” the difference of the air in the house! My wife was suffering from allergies after moving in. (Obviously from the mold spores!) She hasn’t had any issues since then.

This company was given to us by a friend to do the duct cleaning in our home. They called the day before the scheduled appointment to verify and gave us a time. Their people showed up at the arranged time and explained exactly what work would be done. They were all three very professional and extremely polite. They cleaned up after their work and we were very pleased. I would give this company the highest rating available. It was a pleasure doing business with them and we will be using them again. First class company.

Highly recommend this company. Mike, JJ, and crew did a great job. They are extremely thorough and professional. During their initial inspection they suspected we had mold in an isolated area. While that was a big undertaking to fix, Clean Air did everything they said they would and within the timeframe they promised.

I was so thankful that this company would work with me on my issue. They came highly recommended by a friend. The staff went our of their way to help me and were wonderful about following Covid rules. They were professional, repaired my problem, and I felt completely comfortable having them in my home. I have used Clean Air systems for maintenance the last couple of years and recently to rework air vents and ductwork that was terribly installed by another company when our house was built. Clean air systems fixed our problem of almost no air getting to our bedroom and replaced a lot of cheap ductwork installed by the first company. The whole crew, from the owner to the office staff is super friendly and seem eager to please. They are an honest company which can be somewhat difficult to find these days, but is extremely important as we are all a little worried about getting duped or ripped off. And lastly, they did great work at our house, and my neighbors, and couldn’t be more pleased with the result. I would highly recommend their services to everyone.
