We had a heating and cooling HVAC system install today. The two technicians, Mike, Edwards, and Matt Love, Could not have been more helpful. They made sure we understood what they were doing every step of the way. They made sure to take care of our belongings and left the place very clean and tidy. They were professional and courteous.

Simply a pleasure. LEvi talked to us like a member of his family. Took his time to explain the problem and upfront with the cost. About 90% of the time I would decline service warranty or any service agreement. But after Levi explained and because of him, my mom decided to go with it for her peace of mind. I don’t give reviews likely, so take it from me…good people to do business with.

I recently had Levi inspect my electrical and HVAC system, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From the moment he arrived, Levi showcased a high level of professionalism. He took the time to explain each step of the process in detail, which really put my mind at ease. It’s clear he knows his job inside and out!

Southern Air.. give ya a 5 outta 7 on conversation, but not for service's- tell me why after Chris came out and touched our unit with his toner, opened and looked at a fliter and claimed needing we need a new unit given being told those types were made obsolete in 2018. And sayin to bleed line's and shut off and take out the unit in the house out to clean up the unit with a made up acid, when I had my stepdad come and look at our unit-cleaned the gills professionally using just diluted bleach water and soap, and since 3pm yesterday (sep24th after Chris came out) our air has been running non-stop with NO freezing coils or anything of isses? My stepdad has been cleaning and working on air conditioners for over 26+ year's and told me there is NO such thing as a cleaning acid that's used on units- it's soap, water and some bleach.
So after being told a lie by southern air that we need a new unit which is between fourteen thousand and nineteen thousand dollars, definitely seek honesty, cause southern air ain't got that for ya.

Ryan was absolutely amazing! He came out to fix a plumbing issue and was very respectful, professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time to speak to everyone in the house and explain things clearly, which we really appreciated. His customer service was top tier. If I ever have another plumbing issue, just send Ryan back out 😂 Highly recommend!

Donald was great he explained it. I’m hoping he will be back again. With being retired it really helped me to understand it all from Donald I hope you’all will continue to service my air and furance. I’ve had other company’s in the past. And Donald made me fell confortable I finally have trust again . Thank you’all so much.

Dylan was an absolute lifesaver. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly, and walked me through what needed to be done before starting any work.

Don was incredible and exceeded our expectations! We had a bad experience with our PREVIOUS HVAC technician/company, but when Don came out and began his work, all of our concerns immediately went away. Between his customer-centered attitude and his extensive knowledge of both HVAC and electrical systems, there was not a person better fit for the job. He quickly diagnosed the issue and then sat down with us and discussed all of our options. He got a team in our house next day and made sure to make himself available for any questions that we had. I’ve been a customer of southern air for several years now. Every time I interact with dispatch or their technicians they are super professional, friendly & have no problem answering silly questions for a young homeowner like me. Today I had the pleasure of getting some electrical work done from Terry & Walker, These guys are absolute rockstars, without a doubt some of the most professional and knowledgeable technicians I’ve ever met! I wish I could give them a 6 star rating!!

Mike V and his crew came out today, installed a whole new system, they did absolutely amazing! Very professional, very understanding and caring of my home. Will recommend this company to everyone I can. Mike explained everything to me thoroughly, they cleaned up every bit of the mess. Super friendly crew, great company can’t say enough good!!

I would like to thank Jaylen & Landon with Southern Air of Shreveport for an awesome job rejuvenating the main panel in my home. This service provided all new breakers & accurately labeled circuits; in addition they installed a manuel transfer switch and repaired a kitchen light. Im well pleased with their top tier work & professionalism.

Dylan and the Southern Air team did a fantastic job installing our Generac Guardian 26kw natural gas generator. They were professional and detail oriented. They communicated with us during the entire process. Even during the consult they were extremely educational about the whole process, and they did a way better job of laying out the process than any of the competitors we got bids from did. Thanks Southern Air! Next time our power grid fails us, we will be ready!

Well I really didn’t want to write a review but I am disappointed with the quality of the service provided on the recent service appointment. Your Southern Air technician came out to provide a maintenance service as per the contract. He didn’t put on shoe covers upon entering my (to be explained later). The technician checked the furnace and immediately proceeded to identify reasons to have the furnace replaced. We moved to the unit outside, which is the main reason I requested a maintenance check. The unit was in need of cleaning. He checked the electrical system, everything was working properly. I made sure he had the water running so he could wash down the unit. There were several poison ivy vines on the unit which he removed. The fellow was friendly and we talked about the steps he was using to clean the debris from the coils. I told him that I had read that it was a good idea to spray water from the inside of the to avoid getting the debris further into the coil. I can’t remember the response that was given. He continued to complete the task. I noticed that he did not remove the fan to get all the straws and leaves/debris out from the bottom of the unit. I told him that I usually remove the fan, take out all trash and wash it out. I inquired as to why he didn’t. He told me that he had another appointment immediately following my appointment. He said that to wash out the unit usually gets pretty dirty he didn’t want to get his clothes wet and dirty because he didn’t want to mess up the NEXT CUSTOMERS house. I agree that he should be concerned with customers property, but he should be more concerned with his current customer (ME). When he arrived at my home he didn’t put on protective gear before entering. My problem is that he was thinking about the next customer and not performing the necessary tasks to ensure that my services were delivered correctly. He did say that he would or could come back. I feel that if a technician has a work order with the services to be completed they should be equipped with the proper gear i.e. protective clothing, gloves and tools to complete their tasks to an acceptable level. I am providing photos for your review. This is unacceptable to me. If this is the level of service/care that my contract covers I might need to reconsider the benefits to me. The technician did let me know that he recommend that I replace my outdoor air unit and the reasons why. I thanked him and let him know I would look into it. He has me sign a no liability agreement to protect the company if something happens. My schedule has been very hectic since my 92 year old Mother lives out of town and I have to be available to help her with her needs. Hopefully someone will call to arrange to complete the cleaning of the outdoor unit.

Kyle, service technician, provided excellent service. He was very professional and knowledgeable of his work. I have never been so impressed by a technician. Kudos to Kyle! I can always rely on Pioneer Comfort Systems. I have been using them for more years than I can count. They installed a new water heater today. They are trustworthy and always do it right the first time. Their crew is professional & friendly. They even cleanup after they finish the job!

Riley and Nate went over and above to fix our plumbing issue. They are experts in their craft , punctual, and professional.

Pioneer was so great to work with. They had a tech out at my house within two hours. He was nice, friendly, helpful and got the job done and under 45 minutes. I’m so thankful for them!

My Parent's house AC went out while they were on Vacation. My Father and me, troubleshot the AC for hours and couldn't fix the issue. Brian Holland came out within 30 minutes of us calling Pioneer and there were 3 issues the he fixed in less than an hour. He was awesome; he explained everything very well, was very courteous and worked fast. If they or I have an AC issue again, I hope we get him again.
