Levi has provided top notch service at my home on several occasions. He was able to troubleshoot and fix my ac issue. Maintenance is thorough and he made repairs at the same visit. Very polite and tidy.

Salesman was dishonest with both my husband and me. We asked if they would be running cameras in our system to see the debris and the results to know if it was clean and we were both told yes at 2 different times. A camera was never used in our system, prior to or afterwards. Tech said they don't have cameras. We still have debris blowing out of our vents. We has a damaged duct that is replaced prior to cleaning. Cause of the debris. Since we still have debris blowing out of vents, it obviously isn't clean. Cost was ridiculous and still not clean. Don't use them!
Find someone else!

Andrew was service person who came from Pioneer. Extremely professional! Explained everything to me in addition in an easy to understand approach.

Joe Trejo was fast and very good at servicing our air conditioning. He recommended the maintenance plan and that is what we will sign up for for future check ups. Thanks again.

This is beyond 5 star service! My furnace acted up during our first cold snap and they came our within hours and gave me an option to fix or replace. They were able to install a brand new system within hours. I know a great deal about the industry and I was beyond impressed with every step. Their contact center helped me feel confident they would handle the situation. Everybody they sent out was announced with a text with their picture and credentials. I understood my options and what needed to be done. I did my due diligence and got bids and they are by far the best value for the best price!!

Riley was a pleasure. Very knowledgeable and professional as well as great people skills. Our plumbing issue completely resolved. Would definitely recommend Pioneer and Riley in particular.

Hunter was my tech today for maintenance. Prompt, thorough and professional (and friendly). Pioneer has done a good job for us and I feel like the maintenance contracts they offer are very much worthwhile. HVAC maintenance is such a necessity where we live as this climate is tough on systems. I trust this outfit to do right by us and Pioneer have not disappointed.

Home plumbing inspection and had some new faucets placed in a bathroom. Jake was very thorough and knowledgeable. Friendly and efficient service. Definitely recommend as all my encounters with Pioneer for any work has always been top-notch!

This was the “free” plumbing inspection that came with the HVAC Service contract. The agent was polite and professional . He looked under all sinks and said there were no leaks. When asked about the hot water heater, he said he could not check the elements but could schedule someone to come out for an additional charge but should just replace it for probably $3-4000! He never went around house checking outside faucets because the freeze covers were never removed. He “estimated” our water pressure was 65 psi but our experience of living in the home for 20 years, the pressure has never exceeded 30-32 psi. He didn’t indicate he found any leaks or necessary repairs but sent a follow up email with a $1600 suggested removal and replacement of all shutoff valves in the home for “newer” style ones when none were leaking! In my estimate, this was a worthless waste of time. It apparently was. just done to come up with “something” to get the customer to spend a large sum of money to “fix” something that was not broken or in need of a real necessary repair!

Jake did a great job. He was very thorough. He told me ways to maintain my hardware and gave me an idea of prices should I choose to upgrade my system in the future. He is a very pleasant young man and an asset to his employer.Thank you for your service all these years.

The home inspection report showed the unit would not stay engaged for the heater. The same Tech worked the inspection report, albeit in the summer. So instead of the home seller paying the $900+ I had to pay for this repair, again known at the time of inspection and supposedly check by this Tech, I had to eat the repair cost. The issue showed up the very first time we went from AC to heat. It was exactly as stated in the inspection report.
There was no consideration for or responsibility taken by the Tech or company. At a minimum a sharing of the cost of repair would have been the proper response.
So, I would not recommend this Technician.

Darius was very polite and professional. He wore shoe covers in the house, and I really liked that. He seemed to do a very thorough job.

Bryan was respectful and informative regarding routine maintenance of our HVAC systems. He answered all of my questions. I appreciated that Bryan always wore his work shoe covers when indoors modulating the control panels.

If I could put zero stars i would. This company came to my father's house for regular cleaning. The employee that came out told my father that a part was broken and the cost (the part and labor) would be $1700.00. Sent another company out for a second opinion. Nothing was wrong with anything on the unit.

Extremely professional and expert level work.
I had them install a Halo 5 whole home water filtration system. They brought all of the correct tools and communicated with me the whole time as to what they were doing and gave me the information I would need in the future.
I also had them perform hot water heater clean outs of both my tank and tankless systems. They again gave me pointers and communicated the whole time.

I’ve used Pioneer before and was extremely happy. Had to get a new mini split for my Diva Den so I called on my favorite a/c and heating company. Jessica was super nice and very professional when she answered the phone. Mr Eric came the same day that I called and gave me an estimate. Drake and Jacob came out the next day and installed my new mini split. I think Pioneer has the most exceptional team. Super professional from start to finish! Pioneer will always be my go to for A/C and plumbing needs.

I cannot say thank you enough for the outstanding Pioneer Comfort system staff and HVAC tech Hunter Speights. Hunter was able to get our heat back on and explained all the work he did to me and my wife. Thanks Hunter once again for a job well done. Michael Shepard.

We always have great service from Pioneer. The technicians are polite, friendly, and hard-working. Darius came out to do our periodic preventive maintenance today and he was super nice and helpful!

I had a “service required” message show up on my thermostat when I turned my furnace on (Carrier). My son has used Pioneer in the past and we have been very impressed with their work so we called them for a service call. Not only were they able to make the service call in the same day, but they also informed us of a “special” they had where they would waive the service call fee ($137) if we would donate 5 non-perishable food items, which they give to needy families. The service tech informed us they do this for a week or so during the fall every couple of years (pretty amazing). Regarding the service call, I was extremely impressed with the technician. He was very professional, very knowledgeable and thorough. He explained each step as he diagnosed the problem and (because of my curiosity) explained things about my system that I didn’t know. My particular problem involved dirt dobbers nesting in a gas vent which caused an issue with a sensor. Even after he had the system up and running he continued to check things (including the exhaust flue in the attic) until he found the cause of the problem (dirt dobbers). My experience with other techs in the past is that they typically quit looking after the system is running correctly. So in my opinion Brian went above and beyond. Finally, he was very pleasant to deal with. I have no problem recommending Pioneer to others.
