My family and I are so so grateful for each technician that came to our home the last two days! And the really sweet technician that came out to our home in the middle of the night to diagnose our issue ( Brayden)! As summer is near it’s started to get super warm outside 🥵 and thankfully Pioneer Comfort Systems made it their mission to get our system back up and cooling! They also brought it to our attention our 1” filter was not cutting it so thankfully we are now fully updated to the Peps filtration much bigger much better filter upgrade! Again thank you to the office staff and the wonderful technicians Malik, Matthew, Levi and Brain and Mr. Bobby for everything!

Both Technicians that came to my home to check my units were very polite, friendly and professional. I was happy that they both wore special shoes to walk inside my home! They explained everything they were doing and even showed me options on my heating system that I didn’t realize I had! They assisted with my heating system and later performed maintenance on my HVAC. I am very pleased with this company. Even the young ladies that answer the phones are very friendly. And let me note that the first Technician came out when we were in the middle of the snow storm and many roads were closed and no one else would come out and I had no heat - he fixed the issue. I highly recommend Pioneer Comfort Systems.

We had a great experience with Pioneer Comfort Systems, especially Darius. From start to finish, the communication was excellent. The office kept us informed, and I really appreciated receiving a text with Darius’s picture before he arrived—it immediately made us feel comfortable and prepared for the visit.
Darius was professional, courteous, and very thorough while working on our air conditioner. He took the time to explain what he was doing and made sure everything was handled correctly.
Pioneer truly lives up to their reputation for honesty and the white-glove treatment they advertise. It’s clear they care about their customers and their homes. We will definitely continue using Pioneer and highly recommend Darius and the entire team.

Conor and Seth were very knowledgeable about the air conditioning system. I was pleased with the service we received. I was a little late getting home but they were there assessing the situation and being very patient with my husband and I appreciated the kindness .

Joel provided exceptional service and demonstrated a high level of professionalism while explaining the details of my AC and heating unit. I wasn't sure what to expect when my AC broke down but SBC was great. The technician, Connor was very professional and explained everything throughly. He did the repairs quickly and I look forward to having SBC help me again for servicing my system and if any other issues occur in the future.

Conner and Hunter came out today to service my unit today, they were very professional and explained what they were doing and gave the reason for everything they did I would recommend SBC Heating and Cooling

I highly recommend SBC Cooling + Heating. They are very responsive and make scheduling easy. We had a super knowledgeable and respectful technician, Will, who made this process so easy.

Edit: We just had our first annual maintenance service. As usual, SBC Cooling+Heating goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. Will, Joel, Owen were top notch and I highly recommend.

Conor and Owen are amazing!! They were able to recall details from our service months ago. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great service!

Seth and Joel provided excellent service for the first system inspection since installation of our Daikin unit earlier this year. They tested and inspected all the components and gave us some recommendations going forward for preventative maintenance. Definitely would recommend!! Appreciate the service Seth and Joel!

It’s hard to find reliable and trustworthy service these days, but you exceeded my expectations.

Although the service was prompt and the technicians were great, the quality of my experience was undermined by their weird pricing practices.

According to the office associate, the company does not bill on an hourly rate + materials basis like most service companies. Instead, they bill on a flat rate that she was unable to explain the methodology of.

Furthermore, they do not announce their rate upfront. The do the work then surprise the customer with with invoice.

For a simple clogged drain repair that took only 30 minutes, the company billed $619 and pitched it as a "discount" since I'd been strongarmed by their pricing model into joining their subscription service.

The cost of the service was listed as $381 and the cost of the membership was listed as $159. And the cost of the service call was $79.

If you elect not to get the membership, the service cost suddenly and inexplicably jumps up to nearly $600. So, the customer is strongarmed into getting the membership just to save about $50.

It's a very strange way of pricing for such a service, and it borders on being predatory. I cancelled the membership even though it meant I had to forgo the membership fee I'd reluctantly purchased. I did so because with tricky pricing like this, I can't trust the company.

Every employee I engaged with was extremely professional and very communicative. So, personnel-wise I believe they have the makings of a great company. However, this type of billing and invoicing is strange and damages consumer trust.

Buyer beware.

We needed insulation desperately. I was super happy when I found out SBC does it. They came out today and Luke and Delyane (sorry misspelled) to blow in two feet plus of insulation. My attic now looks like a winter wonderland. I can not wait to see how it helps with my electric and my a/c usage. I will have to update during this hot Louisiana summer. Thank you to everyone for always being a blessing to work with. Really great folks with this company.

CONOR was amazing. 2 minutes into the visit he already knew what the issue was (clogged drainage line). Gave me all my options of which one was a plumber. He said SBC can do it but it was ultimately what I was most comfortable with. I have been using SBC Cooling and heating since I bought my house 3 years ago and they have been spectacular. The thing I love the most is the customer service and attention to detail from the office personnel down to the field techs is second to none. They are also quick to come out when you call in to schedule an appointment. The last two visits they came out way before my appointment by just calling to see if so was available. My tech today gave me an SBC hat for free.

We came home from work to find our AC not working, but Joel came to the rescue! He was prompt, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. He got everything fixed quickly, and we couldn’t be more grateful. We’ll definitely be using his services again!

We had our first visit from SBC and Conor was our SBC service man. Conor was very friendly, thorough and experienced. He checked out our systems, made recommendations for consideration in the near future and we are now signed up for the SBC maintenance plan twice a year. We even received a discount since my wife is a retired teacher? The most important aspect of this initial visit was a feeling of comfort that we chose the right HVAC provider in SBC.

Just received AMAZING service from Joel at SBC! Very professional and communication about the services and findings during the inspection were clear and concise! I even appreciate the consideration of putting on shoe covers before entering my home. Highly recommend.

Our experience was wonderful. Our technician, Will explained everything thoroughly. We would use him again! His detailed explanation of everything he found made the awful news of needing a totally new unit more bearable knowing exactly what the problems were. The guys who installed the new unit were also great. 10/10 would recommend.

William was very knowledgeable, helpful and mannerly, and patient with my husband! William came out and was honest with us letting us know he could put a bandaid on our problem or bite the dust and go with a new system. I am very impressed they are Made in the USA and local supporters! The Bee is what attracted my husband to call and I'm glad he did!! Another review will be coming after installation!
