AWESOME group of young men came and did a complete AC/Heat install on my home! Their names was Branden, Lane, Carmen and Jeremy. Can’t forget to mention Andrew!! They ALL were very nice, polite to me and was respectful of my home. Had the old units jerked out and new units installed and COLD air going in my home within no time! Recommend Service experts!!

Brandon Cox was my technician. He was very knowledgeable and found my problem quickly and made the repairs in a timely manner. He also reminded me that I needed surge protectors. I had ment to have them installed but had forgotten. I’ve used Service Experts for several years and recommend them highly.

Our heating system failed requiring conversion of the old R22 system to R410A. I was impressed with the level of diagnostics run to prepare the full project scope and code update requirements, then the handoff meeting between the diagnostic team and the install team was very professional and detailed. The install team was extremely polite and professional. They did a great job and cleaned up everything on the way out the door.

I highly recommend this company. Special thanks to Mr. Mike Lopez who just left. Very knowledgeable, very personable, checked all of my equipment thoroughly, cleaned all my equipment, and went over all of of my units with me, made some recommendations without any high pressure sells tactics, and answered all of my questions. A real professional! I have used Service Experts for a few years now and have never had any complaints. All of their staff members have been very personable and respectful of my home. They are quick to respond when i have had a problem with my a/c units in the past and have had them all repaired and back running in just a few hours. In this day and age its not easy to find service like that. Hopefully Service Experts will be around for years and years to come!

We are very favorably impressed with Chris, Andrew, Brandon, Lane and Jeremy. Chris has serviced our Heating/AC for 3 years and has always been courteous, thorough and professional. He recommended that we contact Andrew to consider resizing our ducting. Andrew was extremely knowledgeable and thorough in his inspection of our system and in explaining various options without pressuring us. We chose to replace the furnace and all the duct work. Brandon was the team leader along with his assistants Lane and Jeremy. All of them were very courteous and professional and did their work with minimal disruption to our activities while being careful not to leave anything dirty or in disarray. Brandon did an excellent job of keeping us informed about the specific work they were doing and about their progress. They arrived on time both days and finished ahead of schedule. Job well done!

We’ve been using Service Experts for a few years now. The service technicians are always friendly and very knowledgeable. We just had a new unit installed. Lane Snowden and Zack Skinner were great. Very friendly and would stop working and answer our questions. They did an awesome job and have already recommended them to friends.

Couldn't be happier or more impressed with our service tech, Lane Snowden. He was amazing, professional, prompt, great communication, friendly...we had an emergency family situation and our A/C unit went out. Update: 5/25/21:
Mike came yesterday to do the spring cleaning on our units and noticed that our blower motor had died. We ordered a new one that came in today and he replaced it within an hour. As always, he was very kind, and did a very good job! Thank you, Mike!

Mike Lopez takes care of our units. His job is thorough and always well done!

Zach, Cal, Josh came out to install our new heating/ac system. Zach was a very good lead man and his helpers were great at following his leadership. All three worked together so well. We felt very comfortable with them in our home. Zach was a good communicator in explaining everything to us. We were very impressed with all three guys work ethics.

EXCELLENT!!!!! I have used them many times and the service is exceptional. Service Technician Chris Love is an expert in repairs, installation and customer service. He will share his wealth of knowledge and honestly explain details step by step. If you need a new system or repairs he is the go to man. I am very picky and I have been extremely happy.

Our tech Ken was in our home before time, he provided excellent service. He wouldn't leave until it was repaired. We were very impressed with the quality of service. He also practiced masking protocol which was an plus. The tech found the best price for us.
Definitely will use this service again and recommend them to others in our area.

Mr. Rickey Hartwell is a great service technician!! He's very thorough, professional, friendly, and always on time!!!! When you open the door he's standing there with a big smile saying Hello!! Our service technician Terry was wonderful. He was very polite and knew exactly what he was doing. The next day we had Andrew come out to give us a estimate. He was VERY detail oriented and spent most of the day at our house taking measurements and explaining our options. I highly recommend Service Experts! Thank you guys!

Out of 3 companies in Shreveport, Service Experts was the only one I called that works on apartments/condos. Lane figured out what was wrong with my A/C and repaired it within an hour. He explained everything to me and was really friendly. My service cost was also really affordable. Would definitely recommend Service Experts for any repair you need.

Update: Southern Air owns Service Experts, and they still continue to work on condos.

Somewhere around 2:30pm on Sunday, September 6, 2020, which was the Sunday of Labor Day weekend, the outside ac fan stopped turning at my Mom’s house. My brother and our wives were there visiting for the holiday. Not knowing an ac company to call on a Sunday afternoon, since my brother and I live out of town, I searched Google and looked for good reviews and 24-hour emergency service. Honestly, I called another company first, but I got voicemail. I did not leave a message but called the next company in order of average reviewer rating, which was Service Experts. My call was answered by a call service, which was good with me. At least I could be confident that someone knew my call existed and I would not be left crossing my fingers that someone would check voicemail on a holiday weekend. The call service rep took my information, told me the name of the technician on call (Mike) and that he would call me when he was about 30 minutes away. Given that it was a Sunday, the rep could not tell me when Mike would call, only that it would be that day. About 30 or 40 minutes later, Mike called me and said he was on his way. To be honest, I was told that there were two calls ahead of me, but neither answered Mike’s call. So, we were fortunate that we were pushed to the head of the line. Another point I want to make is that my Mom was not a service plan member with Expert Service. As I understand it, being a service plan member makes emergency service calls a higher priority over non-service plan members. Mike arrived 20 or so minutes after he called; he just happened to live on the same side of town as my Mom. I am a handyman of sorts and suspected the problem was a capacitor, but I could not be certain. I knew that if the problem were the capacitor, Mike would probably have one on his truck. If it were the fan motor, I knew it would not be fixed that day. Mike was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. Fortunately for us, Mike discovered a faulty capacitor and, yes, he had a replacement one on his truck. In a few minutes, he had the new capacitor installed and the ac was back in operation. The time from when we noticed the problem and the unit was fixed was somewhere around 2.5 or 3 hours. We were so impressed with Mike that he was the deciding factor for opting into a service agreement with Service Experts. The unit is more than 10 years old and Mom is in her seventies and lives alone, so we felt that a company with such a great tech as Mike and such fast service was worthy of our trust. I believe we have an ac company for Mom now. Highly recommend Service Experts.

Service Experts has been my A/C & Heating service provider for >20 years and I’ve always found them to be very easy to work with; everyone I’ve dealt with has been friendly, reliable, and professional. For added peace of mind in knowing that my a/c & heating equipment is working properly, I take part in their Service Experts PLUS Membership which, for a reasonable monthly fee, provides semi-annual checks of my equipment by a very well qualified service technician. John Stephens visited my home recently to perform the scheduled service and he was great... prompt, professional, and polite. I plan to continue using Service Experts for many years to come.

We have been using Service Experts for at least 5 years. Our maintenance plan is reasonably priced and has been sufficient to take care of our needs to date. Also, our service technician, M. Lopez, is wonderful! Prompt, professional and knowledgeable, he is a welcomed visit to our home. Even my dog loves to see him stop in for the regular HVAC maintenance appointments! In addition, the Customer Service call center is local (a huge plus in my book) & always willing to answer any of my questions. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends.
