Here is an update from 2 years later - All our services for the past 2 years have been great! We wanted a quote on whole house dehumidifier with consideration for a possible new AC unit. Due to the uniqueness of our home, after the sales rep looked at our units and home, he asked to come back with the owner of the company due to his deep knowledge mechanical systems and our local climate. Both the owner and the sales representative spent considerable time explaining the science behind the systems and offering solutions we could do before spending significant dollars on a unit that was unlikely to work well in our home. Thank you for your knowledge and integrity! We will continue to use AccuTemp for all things heating and cooling and highly recommend them to everyone!

Such a great company. They serviced a company I worked for and they were so good at that job that I asked for a card. I had to call them this week because my AC quit working during the worse heat week of the year (so far). I explained everything I had done over the phone to fix the problem. They called when they were heading to my house and had the problem diagnosed before I got there. 15 minutes later and they were done. And now I have cold air again. Keith was friendly and personable. I definitely recommend Accutemp anytime anywhere.

After positive research and reassurance by their salesman Skipper Thibodeaux, I agreed to a new American Standard HVAC system install. Other than a small parts issue resolved quickly at start, all went as planned. The installers Jeff Statham and Jacoby Hall were top notch in all aspects of their work. They responded effectively and courteous to any questions or concerns that I may have had. Just great guys and great customer service!!!

I was recently asked to relocate for work, and in part of the process I had an item that required repair and needed to be completed by a HVAC Technician, per the relocation policy.

I called Accutemp and they were very easy to schedule with, and their technician arrived on time. The repair was quick, done right, and for a reasonable price. The technician was knowledgeable and easy to work with, as well.

Accutemp followed up the next day to make sure the service was satisfactory, and unfortunately I had to notify them of some minor damage caused to my tile floor. (Probably from an accidentally dropped tool.) They were extremely responsive to this, and even offered a repair to be made almost immediately (over the weekend). However, I preferred to make the repair myself. Even after I refused their help in correcting the damage, they still insisted on compensating me for the trouble. I also received a very warm letter from their CEO, personally ensuring that the incident will be used as a training opportunity for their technicians.

I cannot say enough regarding the integrity that was shown by Accutemp through the experience. I think that is why there are so many positive reviews, they simply are a trustworthy local service.

These guys are honest, friendly, and very helpful. I had multiple estimates when I first had my unit put in and they were also the best price and let me know everything beforehand.
