Will fixed several issues with my AC and replaced a bad part that ultimately made the ac run much quieter. He even came out and made sure some wiring was done correctly after the fact.

Cade came out today for my bi-annual service appointment and he was thorough, polite, friendly and very helpful. He took the time to talk with me about my unit and explain things to look out for with an aging system. 10/10!!!

Great Experience!!!! Very professional, quick repair and super informative. Crystal in Office set the appointment up quickly and very courteously. Blake (technician) found AC unit issue within 10 minutes after arrival and repair was completed in less than an hour. Super Efficient!! My warranty company dropped the ball on the scheduled repair, but AccuTemp made the weekend a succes after being without AC for 4 days. I will definitely use them for future maintenance and service. Jackson was my service tech and just like before he was very professional and thorough. I will continue using this company. I very much recommend them. They maintain my unit 2 times a year and the price is very if not more than reasonable.
Blake installed a new thermostat stat today he was just as nice and professional as he has been before. I am a forever customer for sure. I love this company.

Kyle was super helpful and fixed my old AC unit running like new again! He even put up with all the questions I asked while he was working lol. If I could give 6 stars I would! I tried contacting other companies while my family slept on ice packs at night waiting for them to even respond! AccuTemp came out within hours of my call and my house is super cold again! We received excellent, same-day service with AccuTemp! It’s not fun losing air in August in Louisiana. But Will at AccuTemp was on-site within about 2 hours of our call. What could’ve been a very hot problem was fixed before we even broke a sweat! Stephanie is amazing and got us on Will’s schedule in a heartbeat. This company is 24 hours when needed in emergency , I went 3 days without ac and honestly shouldn't have waited that long. when I found this company I was so glad they were able to come out and help me I was told by 2 other companies that they could help and got a no call no show but Keith called and showed up within an hour and fixed my problem in less than that. Thank you for a job well done. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of routine or emergency repairs; they offer quick and friendly services.

The staff at AccuTemp are top notch. From the minute you call in a problem to the technician they send. I was notified they were sending some one and he arrived shortly. I wish i remembered (technician) name but he was very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. He explained what the issue was and kept me informed of what he was doing til the issue was resolved.

Kyle was fantastic. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my air handler and gave me a couple of options for repairs with a clear explanation. I have requested him to come back and carry out the repairs when the parts come in. He was very courteous and friendly, and I would definitely do business with this company again.

AccuTemp came out in less than an hour. Got me all set for a New Air Conditioner. The technician did everything he could to allow my old unit to startup. Keep in my Tran unit was over thirty yrs old. The tech was very helpful. Thanks for the great work.

I highly recommend AccuTemp. They have a nice service package. The young man, Joe. Came and did our inspection was very knowledgeable in explaining what he was checking. As to how the system works. Plus he gave me an indication what might give me issues down the road.
