The technician, Mike Lopez, called ahead to let us know when he'd get here. He arrived on time and did a thorough job servicing our unit. He explained everything he did in the service and made some recommendations to protect our investment in the HVAC system. Mike was very courteous and respectful and he did a great job. We're very pleased with the service we've been getting from Service Experts.

After a storm my AC stopped working completely. I had called another company and waited for around 6 hours with no response from their technician and then decided to call Service Experts. I heard from my technician, Mike Lopez, in probably 30 minutes, and he was at my home another 30 minutes later. He was very thorough with his work, very professional, and was able to get my AC working again in no time. He did a great job, and this company was good to call if you're in need of an immediate fix.

I have had a maintenance contract with Service Experts for a long time. They are always dependable and efficient. Mike Lopez has been our service technician several times, and he is one of the best! Mike is an experienced professional who offers the best advice about our systems. I highly recommend Service Experts Shreveport and technician Mike Lopez!

John Stephens came out for regular service today. First time he has been here but I very much appreciate his personable style of caring about me as a customer and in fact, was able to assist me in having a couple of their guys come out for a plumbing issue. They were able to replace hot water heater same day. Those 2 guys could not have been any nicer. Keep up the good work SE!

Mr. Robert and the other workers are absolutely incredible. Over the past four years plus we have had at least three or four different plumbers. We will never call anyone else except Service Expert, heating,air and plumbing from now on. They are very honest, very fair, and very thorough.
I recommend this company for all your air conditioning heating and plumbing needs.

Mike was great! We needed an a/c tune up and he was very knowledgeable and thorough, said he had 24 years of experience. Cleaned up the unit for us. Great value for the service. If you live in the Shreveport area you should give ‘em a call.

Mike was our service expert for our heating maintenance. He was very courteous and thorough. He remembered our home and the previous conversation with my husband from the AC maintenance although we were new customers. I loved that he was kind and knowledgeable and although the service didn’t take long, he did his job efficiently.

Want to recommend Service Experts and give them 5 stars. We have been a customer since 2008 and have had nothing but excellent service from them. Today we got a new air conditioning unit, Brandon, Kevin and Lane arrived at the appointed time and worked all day installing a new unit. Work was first class, all three technicians were awesome. Highly highly recommend all three, Brandon, Kevin & Lane!! Superior service and experience!!!

When it was time to replace our almost 20 year old AC unit, we called Service Experts because of their excellent reputation. We were not disappointed. Chris and Andrew came out and spent several hours evaluating our house and advised the best unit for our needs. Brandon, Lane, and Terry did an excellent job with our install. They were on time, professional, and cleaned up when they were done. We have been enjoying a comfortable and efficient AC system for a couple of weeks now. I would not hesitate to recommend Service Experts for your AC needs.

"Top of the line" I would like to thank service experts for the caring and service that they provided to me and my family. Andrew was great and very professional and explained our options to us and was able to help us reach a decision about what we needed. Not only were the technicians Brandon, Jeremy, and Lane professional they we also friendly. They walked us through the experience every step of the way. We had a lot of good laughs throughout the day and really enjoyed the time it took for them to do the job right. When they were done with the install they made sure that everything was cleaned and even removed the old unit. I would highly recommend them to anyone out there looking for a very professional company to make your home or office cool in the summer or warm in the winter. Thanks again Brandon, Jeremy, and Lane. I had problems with my central AC/Heating system. I called another company a week ago but it took all day for them to come out and it was too expensive. I called Service Experts today(Sunday) and someone came within 30 minutes. Technican Mike Lopez was so kind and explained things so that I had a better understanding. He fixed the issue in a matter of minutes. The cost was reasonably affordable🎯. He even entertained my grandchildren while doing so😂☺☺. He distributed such amazing customer service and had the best personality. He made this experience easy and painless.

I loved working with this company. John Stephens was our technician who came out at first and then Chris Love followed by Joshua Liles. John followed the whole project cradle to grave and Chris and josh were absolutely great. We had our entire heater replaced, some duct work replaced, and a line to our A.C. unit replaced. They did amazing work and I can definitely tell the difference from my previous situation. I look forward to working with them in the future for general upkeep. All men were professional, respectful, and left my home surprisingly clean. I really appreciate the time they spent on the repairs we needed and that they left my home like I left it. 5/5 stars and will recommend to others.

Service Experts office is very courteous and pleasant to speak with. Their Technician that comes out is great, Lane is the best. We have had him continue to do our summer and winter service now for few years. We were with another company many years back and we went to the Bossier Home and Garden Show at CenturyTel and meet the team of Service Experts. You guys did a great job in communications and listening and we have been a customer ever since. Thank you!

I have used this company on multiple homes and had them repair/replace more than 1 AC system! I can’t say enough about Chris the sales manager (I originally met him as a technician... it is incredible to find someone in sales and service who you TRUST) and recently Nate (also on the sales team) came to my house and was very professional and knowledgeable... I was impressed. My technician Mike was also friendly, fast and efficient! Tara, answers the phone and handles the appointments, is phenomenal. A company is only as good as its employees and stick with this company because of the employees listed above!

I cannot say enough good things about my technician, Mike. He was unbelievably thorough and honest. As a first-time homeowner, his attention to detail and willingness to explain everything to me were both so appreciated. He was very helpful and polite, and he checked in with me to let me know what he was doing at each step in the process - even with pictures! He was patient with my two barking dogs. He cleaned up after he was finished, too! Service was affordable, and I’m looking into the maintenance agreement for next time.

Worst company in the industry. Had to take off 5 days of work to get a leak looked at. Leak didn’t get found or fixed, they broke my electric gate and after calling frustrated they said they weren’t going to service me and sent me an invoice. Says on the side of the truck you won’t get an invoice if it’s not fixed right. Company of pansies. You’ll get more value by using another company I promise you.

I have had a commercial HVAC maintenance contract with Service Experts for over a year and do not recommend doing business with this company! In the middle of July 2022, we had called to have our summer maintenance performed and have the unit inspected because of cooling issues. The technician "cleaned" the coils, checked the freon levels, and changed the filter. This did not improve the cooling issues on a 90-100F day and today we attempted to have the issue resolved. Well I decided to inspect the unit myself on our rooftop and 60-70% of the coils were filthy. It's no wonder why the unit is heat soaking. I'm no "Expert" but these don't look clean to me. I called to have the issue resolved, and was met with a snark representative that quoted me $1300-1600 to use coil cleaner on the coils. My main issue is that this was obviously never inspected properly, nor brought to my attention during our "maintenance" appointment. Which, by the way, took over a month for someone to show up.

The power supply to my compressor was fried!
Mike came out on the Sunday before Labor Day and took great care! He showed me what was damaged. Warned me about the aluminum wiring in my house. Bad deal there.
I’m so glad I got the maintenance contract with Service experts. It has really paid off between tune ups and repairs. Thanks Mike!

Owner, Duane Simpson came on Monday to evaluate my old system and on Wednesday I have air. He is extremely knowledgeable and I am so impressed with him. The two men sent here were very knowledgeable, professional and friendly.I will highly recommend AccuTemp to everyone I know.

5 hours late with no courtesy update call. I had to call twice to find out if coming. Technician came in with dirty muddy shoes. Took them off sometimes but other times didn’t take shoes off or use covers. Had to area spot clean carpet after service. Technician was friendly, helpful with questions, took time and best I can tell did a thorough job. Overall satisfied. Just wish on time and technician used covers for shoes.
