SBC is far ahead of the competition. Conor arrived within 30 minutes of me calling for service. Diagnosed the problem, quoted the repair, and had my AC working again within minutes. I highly recommend SBC!

SBC IS AWESOME! Connor and Seth are professional, efficient and personable. This company and it’s wonderful associates are honest, knowledgeable and hard-working! These young men, besides delivering excellent service, were kind enough to give us two SBC t-shirts which we will proudly wear!

The technician Josh arrived quickly, and he was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous in explaining everything to me as he worked. Woke up with no heat and needed help quickly. Conor and Brandon showed up with a friendly smile and got me back up and running. In addition, they explained what happened and how to prevent it moving forward. I've used SBC several times and each time the technicians are professional and friendly. I would encourage anyone with AC or Heating issues to call SBC first. Great job!

Once again got Conor and I got a second individual named Brandon with him this time. Woke up to a 55 degree house in the winter. It took them some time, but they managed to fix it and get everything working again. A slower, but thorough and correct answer is infinitely better than needing a second visit. Great work as always.

Recently had our maintenance check for our AC done and we had the technicians Conor and Aiden come out and they were both great! Conor went over everything and explained everything so that I could understand! So happy we chose SBC Cooling from day 1.

Luke, DeLayne and Jacob are freaking awesome! They came out and replaced my split ac system within 4 hours and were very thorough and friendly! Even cleaned up the ceiling that was falling in, in the indoor unit closet, and cleaned up my floors! Very professional and genuinely kind humans! It was a pleasure having them here, working together and it just ran so smoothly! Would 100% recommend to anyone looking to have their ac unit repaired or even replaced. They went above and beyond for me and my boys'!

Woke up to the loudest noise coming from my outdoor unit and knew something wasn't right. We are apart of the service plan and knew who to call. SBC Cooling & Heating since out Will and Brandon and they did an exceptional job. The noise wasn't there anymore but they didn't stop until they located the issue. With pictures and videos of the before and after, they had my unit back up and running in less than hour. I'm so grateful to their professional and quick response and how affordable the final price was.

Brandon and Conner showed up early, patiently waited for me to arrive, and were friendly despite my being delayed by trains. They clearly explained my options and provided efficient service. They were so good, I actually submitted a Google review for the first time ever! I will definitely use them again.

I contacted SBC first thing in the morning and Will came out so prompt and fast. He super informative and lead me in the right direction. I didn’t feel like I didn’t know what was going on once he left my home. He’s truly amazing and very knowledgeable. He was so good I even purchased a membership . Thank you again.

I havent had central air in almost a year! Gave SBC a call yesterday and was put on there schedule today! Conor and Joseph came out and was super nice and helpful and answered ALL the questions and concerns I had! After about 20 mins, they had my central AC back up and running! And now im a member of the SBC family!! Thank yall so much!!

We can’t recommend SBC Cooling & Heating enough and especially service tech, Will! He came out to fix our AC and was awesome from start to finish. Super friendly, showed up timely, and explained everything in a way that made sense. He diagnosed our unit and made ordering a new unit as quick and easy as possible. You can tell he really knows what he’s doing and actually cares about his customers. If you need someone honest and reliable, call SBC and request Will.

Our new unit was installed today. Lucas, Owen and Seth did the install and we couldn’t be more pleased. The were extremely professional and tidy! Once again, we highly recommended SBC!

Today Joel came, and renewed my preventative membership, did my preventative maintenance, and was so pleasant to work with. I am so grateful for the wonderful team at SBC. Kristen at the office was also so wonderful! She makes sure to notify when the tech is on the way which is seriously important since I work from home. Thanks SBC for you continued excellent service!

2/9/2026 Joel showed up and saved more than my my ac! He found bad wires left by the original installer with a different company. I am so grateful to all SBC, but most importantly to Joel for taking his time, being upfront, and encouraging me to fix the issue completely and not just patch it like I wanted to do.

Lucas and Owen from SBC Cooling + Heating were incredibly friendly and courteous throughout the entire installation. They worked efficiently, stayed professional, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Very Good Service and advise. Joel and Brandon did an outstanding job in inspecting and doing minor maintenance on my entire system. They recommended cleaning and minor repair to part of the system. That will have them do at a later date. I would positively recommend using SBC and especially Joel and Brandon. Great Job!!!

We had an excellent experience with Lucas and Owen from SBC Cooling + Heating from start to finish. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. They showed up on time, sent a text message with pictures of the staff coming, made a separate phone call to give us a for sure arrival time and explained everything clearly.

What really stood out was their hive comfort club and all its benefits. They had the best finance option as well.

Update 6-24-25 Conor was my technician this morning with another young man. They did a great, efficient job! After they left, I noticed a couple of vents were making some noises & called to ask if they could come back, but it didn’t have to be today. But Conor came back that day & adjusted them for me after working all day & then was headed to another job! Very dedicated. This is truly an amazing company with GREAT technicians! I highly recommend them!

Update: Well, once again had a maintenance visit. I didn’t even have to call them. They contacted me! JOSH came & as always very pleasant & checked on my system! I cannot say enough about recommending this company. So professional & courteous! Very thankful I now have them to take care of me!! Thankful for them!!
