Dustin Smith did an excellent job on my hvac on Feb 20. He was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable.

Had 2 services performed at a rental unit A/C guy was great and for the amount of work he did I believe it was fairly priced with a warranty.
On the other hand the plumbing side has lost its marbles. Quoted me $1200.00 to finish plumbing up a sink that was cut directly below where it shot up through the floor.
Needless to say I declined that service. It doesn't cost ANYWHERE near that much for less than 3 foot of PVC a p-trap and a couple fittings. Y'all can stick that about 9 miles deep🤣

The tech was on time and very detailed during the AC maintenance. He showed us everything he inspected and was very professional. I definitely recommend them.

I needed the faucets replaced in a bathroom and the kitchen at my sister's house. Also the garbage disposal in the kitchen. All were difficult tasks as the faucets were over 30 years old and corroded under the sinks and the disposal was rusted out. The service was excellent.

Brian did wonderful work and got our AC issue fixed in less than a hour from the time he showed up. He was processional and knew his work. Pioneer is great I’d definitely recommend. We called them and got same day service and now we have cold air once again.

Kyle did an inspection of our plumbing today and was very helpful providing an inspection report with estimates of anything he recommended that needs to be done

Just had a new outside unit installed the technicians where very friendly and professional did a great job! I recommend Pioneer for your future AC needs. I ordered yesterday and got installed today the next day. They lady in the office was also friendly. Thank you Pioneer for fixing my problem!

This companies will tell you a horror story about your system just to up sell you. Be aware, they're there to fix or repair your system , they are there to up sell you. Don't let them in your attic, Pioneer may make it worst, can't be trusted. As we get prepared for the winter and cold days ahead. Be smart and be careful on who you choose on repairing your service. PIONEER COMFORT don't believe in repairing your unit, they believe in selling you a 25,000-dollar unit.

Pioneer can't be trusted, enough said, Pioneer told me that my unit needed to be replaced. Moore's came out to repair it, almost one year plus, my unit is and has been going strong since. Be aware of Pioneer, please.

Brayden was very professional and courteous. He explained the issue clearly and made sure I understood the associate cost prior to executing the work.

Mike did a great job. Asked questions and gave some very good suggestions on how to prevent the issue in the future. I will definitely use Payne again!!

Hunter was here bright and early. He has worked on our HVAC systems in the past, and remembered much of our home and yard equipment placement. He was very nice, professional, thorough, and efficient, and asked questions that assured his work aligned with our needs and expectations. His attention and efforts is what I would expect if he owned our home!
