The technical was very knowledgeable about the work I wanted done and gave me good advice about how to do the work . After the job was completed and the workers had left I saw a hole in my ceiling. I took pictures and send them to Tim,who was my salesman, he advised me that Southern Air will have a repairman contract me to setup a time to repair the ceiling. The work was completed on January 9. Now it's been over 3 weeks and no one has contacted me yet. I let Tim know, but as of January 30th still no one has contacted me. This gives me the feeling after the job and they have your money they don't want anything to do with you. Well they lost a customer because I will have the electrical work done by someone else. Nice way to lose customers. Just a call to keep me informed about the problem your crew caused.

Levi came & looked at our unit inside & outside… he went up in the attic & took pics… he was great at explaining everything, he even came back out & went over everything with my husband. We bought a new unit with a good price, discounts & great guarantees! Allan, Cal & Michael came & did all ductwork & unit install! They were great…. Answered any questions i had & explained everything! Allan was so kind & did his job that he knew to do! All 3 guys were awesome! Then Deen came out with John & finished up some ductwork & vent things… they were so awesome! You couldn’t get a better company & workers to take care of your air & heating needs! They are all so nice and knowledgeable in every aspect! We are definitely not disappointed in choosing Southern Air for our needs so far! Great staff & people to work with. Never a problem with having them to call you back or talk to anyone!

Sean did a fantastic job helping us with our island outlets. He also made a point to make sure our house is safe and secure for our kiddos. I would highly recommend Southern Air for electrical needs. Such a great addition to the company!

Southern Air, Mr. Sean Manes was a delight to have for my upgrades and repairs. I wanted to bulldoze the house down but his patience as well as his insight put me at ease.

Very responsive to diagnosing a slab leak and presenting options. They were also understanding and supportive during the insurance claim process. Maddox was great to work with and Matthew and his crew dig a great job.

Extremely professional, personable, and explained all the important aspects of my new system and answered all my questions. Access to the old unit and to replace with a brand new one was difficult, but it was done with no mess left when it was all finished! I really appreciated the extra effort to protect my hardwood floors all the way from the front door to the back! Highly recommend!

I recently used Southern Air in Shreveport, LA for a comprehensive electrical review of my entire house, and the service was absolutely outstanding!

The technician, Nick, was everything you hope for in a home service professional. He was courteous, friendly, clean, and efficient, and arrived right on time. What impressed me the most was how thorough he was and how well he communicated every finding. He took the time to explain the current status of my electrical system, and I actually enjoyed visiting with him while he worked! I highly recommend Southern Air and specifically Nick for any electrical needs—you won't be disappointed!

Tyler was professional, knowledgeable and thorough. He serviced what he was there for, told us some things he saw that could be dealt with and gave us options without being pushy to do something that day. We do like Southern Aire and recommend them.

JIMMY COSTELLO and Amare Stewart were absolutely first class. MR. COSTELLO explained everything upfront in detail. They explained to me in detail everything they were checking. It makes me feel alot more confident knowing what was what. They even wore covers on their shoes to protect my floors,"That was awesome." When we moved to the outside unit same process again.. Step by step explanations on everything!!! The knowledge that Mr. Jimmy shows!!! Amare Stewart is 9 months new to the trade. Mr. Jimmy was teaching the young man step by step. This shows me that this company is gonna have great skilled tradesman in the future working for them. Everything was explained in my closing ticket as well. Great customer service!!! Best class of service super professional. Went over everything with me so that there wasn't any misunderstanding with our a/c. Even came back to test to make sure everything was accurate. It was terrible that our unit is failing but it wasn't there fault. However he had the solution to help with everything fully reccommended.

Had a bad gas leak decided to just get all new gas lines and a new water heater. Steven and Lane came and installed everything and got everything up and running again in a couple days. They had a great work attitude and made sure everything was copacetic afterwards. Great dudes and they were really down to earth and professional. Highly recommend these guys. Well worth it.

Special THANK-YOU to Southern Air and their Electrical team that worked so hard ALL DAY yesterday to help bring my electrical panel up to code and brought much needed HEAT back to my townhouse!! These guys were so good to me!!! They answered all my questions and truly made me feel comfortable and confident in every part of the installation. They were quick at problem solving when encountering many little obstacles this “money pit” of a house through at us. I can’t afford to have the whole house rewired due to the discovery of aluminum wiring 😳🥺🤷‍♀️ but these guys really taught me a lot and made the house safer then it was with the hazardous Federal Pacific Electric panel that kept tripping and overheating during last weekends ice-storm. Thank you guys so much!!!!

Plumbing fixes today done by Maddox. He unclogged toilet & did a temporary fix on hot water heater. Super nice guy, on time and very professional. He explained what we needed moving forward & gave us an estimate for replacing both items.

Mike V and Adam R did amazing job installing the ac unit. Not only they installed it they cleaned up after and made sure we didn’t have any questions and cleaned up the old ac unit. I highly recommend southern air.

Sean came out to give us an estimate on running electrical service to my "she-shed". He worked up an estimate to give us before he even left our property.
He was curtious, professional and took the time to go over every detail of what that would involve, the details of the cost and all the other services they offer. They even provide warranties on their work. I HIGHLY recommend if you need electrical service or any other services they provide.

We had a service call and Mathew Buckner showed up. Giving us a prompt fair quote and very detailed helpful information. He was quick and honest. We appreciated the visit and would recommend due to the honesty of the service tech that we met with.
