SBC Heating & Cooling did an outstanding job for us! Joel and Brandon were our service technicians, and they were both extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They communicated everything clearly, answered all of our questions with patience, and made the entire process so easy.

We were so impressed that we signed up for their service plan and truly look forward to working with them in the future. Great company, great service, and great people.

SBC was excellent! They were quick and very helpful throughout my whole experience. Evan, Joel, Luke, Owen and Joseph were all great guys and I’d recommend their team to anyone.

As a first-time homeowner, I learned a lot about maintenance and repair. One thing I have never had to worry about though, was my heat and AC, thanks to SBC Cooling + Heating. Through their Hive maintenance membership, we get reminders of when service is due, and the company always works around our schedule to get it done in a quick and efficient timeframe.

I had especially great experience with our technician Seth, who absolutely went above and beyond to explain what he would evaluate during his service, what he recommended for our unit, and the reason why. He was kind, thoughtful, and thorough. I really appreciated his explanations so I could pass them on to my husband (who usually handles our home maintenance but who was busy at work).

Most importantly to me, he did his job and did it well—all while showing both our home and our pet cat consideration, too. He put protective shoe coverings on to protect our rug and floors, and carefully watched each time he had to enter/exit a door to make sure our cat (who is a runner!) didn’t escape.

It is always a joy to have SBC out for maintenance check. Seth and Conor were able to detect that we needed to have on compressor serviced and caught it before we had issues. Luke and Owen with SBC Cooling + Heating did an outstanding job installing our new AC unit. From start to finish, they were incredibly personable, professional, and knowledgeable. They took the time to walk us through everything, explained the system clearly, and answered all of our questions without ever making us feel rushed.

Their workmanship was top-notch. They worked efficiently but with great attention to detail, and it was obvious they take real pride in what they do. They were respectful of our home, kept the workspace clean, and made sure everything was running perfectly before they left.

It’s not every day you come across technicians who combine skill, integrity, and genuinely great customer service the way Luke and Owen do. We got all our ducts cleaned and the flu shot disinfectant after we moved to a new house and the difference is night and day! Luke and Owen worked quick but detailed and were extremely professional! Would recommend to anyone for maintenance and cleaning needed! Free memberships for First Responders was appreciated as well!

Had two new units installed 6 months ago and have been operating absolutely perfectly with zero issues. SBC scheduled a couple of service techs to co.e out and provide a 6 month check up. The office personnel contacted me and worked with me on a convenient time to provide the service, the team was on time, took care of the units and gave me a run down fo the service, which included pictures. I can't say enough about how professional and courteous everyone is at SBC!! Highly recommend their products and service.

Super punctual and honest. Conor took great care of me and my ac. Ive only lived in this house for a year and the house had a new ac before we bought it. He talked me through the issues and told me what I could do to fix it myself but I ended up just having him tighten it all the way and joined the service plan.

Been using SBC for my HVAV maintenance for a few years now and its been great. Conor and Joe were my most recent techs and they were solid. Everyone I've had is always friendly and have given good advice or tips to keep my system running well. Scheduling is simple and I've had no issues if I've needed to reschedule or make an appointment! Also a huge plus for the free maintenance plan for Active Duty military!

I called Service Experts about a plumbing issue I was having. Within 30 mins, TJ and Robert were at my door and had a solution for the problem. Not only did they save me money but they saved me time. They are an awesome team and I would recommend them to anyone for any services that Service Experts provides. Robert and TJ deserve any raise that they can get, they are timely, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and just all around good guys! Thank you guys!

Came home to a warm house. Our compressor was not coming on. Called Service Experts and they agreed to come that evening. Lane Snowden was awesome! He diagnosed the problem quickly and made the repair. I have been a customer of Service Experts for a few years now. I have never been disappointed.

I have taken a few weeks to write this because I wanted to see if everything really was as good as it seemed the first day that Brandon Cook and Lane Snowden put in our new A/C System. Well I have to say it is even better. When Brandon and Lane came to my house to put in the new system they had to start early at 6:30 AM (They did call to set up the time with me) because when the contractor that will not be named "Federal Construction" built the new roof around the cheap A/C system that was put in when the house was reconstructed. These Experts had to remove wood in the attic and pt in new braces just so they could take the old system out and put the new system in. Brandon was great, he had to build a whole new intake box because the unnamed contractor took a 20 X 25 Hole and put a 10 inch round intake hose reducing the air capacity and causing the cheap system that they put in to work harder than it should have. Brandon and Lane were great. They never stopped working except for lunch, and they were at he house from 6:30 AM to 9 PM. They did a fantastic job. Because of what they did a room in the back part of my house that was always hot is now just as cool as the rest of the house. Both of the Experts were very polite and kind, Lane was obviously learning the job, but he was so eager and good that he appeared to have been employed for many years. Brandon was fantastic once the system was in he showed us all of the bells and whistles. Lane made it so Brandon did not have to stop what he was doing for any reason. Lane made sure that Brandon had everything he needed and kept everything clean so when the job was done, it was really done. The cost was very fair. I am quite please. I had been doing business with American Air but when I paid them this year to do their check up and they said the system was fine then it broke down a week later, I knew it was time to change providers. Larry on the morning show of 95.7 FM the River always talked about how good Service Experts are. Well I have to say there really is a reason the call themselves experts. They really are experts, and now they are my A/C Experts. Thank You for a Great Job

I loved Service Experts! My air went out and they had someone at my house in 30 minutes! Chris Love was very professional and knowledgeable about my a/c unit. I will definitely recommend them to any of my friends who have heating or cooling problems.

Chris Love is very professional, courteous, & knowledgeable about his work. He took the time to explain to me what was wrong with my air unit. Would recommend Service Experts to others. I would also encourage you to get a service agreement with them, It's worth the money.

First off Chris Love was a very nice and knowledgeable technician. He listened to me describe what had happened and what we did to try to fix the A/C. He knew almost instantly what was wrong. The company we used prior would have to come out at least once or twice a year to work on the system. I feel confident the problem has been fixed. He also worked out the most cost effective route to take. I definitely recommend Service Experts Shreveport.

This morning, Bill Ricks got my furnace ready for the cooler weather that is--hopefully--just around the corner. Bill is an excellent, knowledgeable technician and I recommend him highly. During his visit, he explained everything he needed to do and answered all of my questions. I would like to mention that this is not the first time Bill Ricks has been to my house and serviced my heating and air-conditioning system. Bill is trustworthy and always does a great job here. FYI--I moved here from California not quite a year and a half ago, and I'm happy that I found someone I can have confidence in to help me keep my house in order. Thanks, Bill!

Mr. Bill Ricks was my technician. He was very knowledgeable about his profession. He was very courteous and polite. He seemed to be a very good employee and I recommend him to be my personal inspector from now on if that is at all possible. In the future I won't always be able to be present when a tech may need to enter my home and I would feel very comfortable with Mr. Ricks here without my presence. Thank you.
