Apex Bin Cleaning is a service I never knew I needed but now can't live without. I never have to worry about any lingering garbage oder when I go out my back door and having my cans cleaned once a month has gotten rid of the flys around my house.

I called about signing up for service and left a message, but they never called back. I used to use them and they had a lot of problems after COVID with not being able to pick up on schedule or at all, so I had canceled them then. I was ready to give him another chance, but they seem to not want it.

I've used this service for a year now and have been happy with the service. Last summer my can was awful, after some seafood shells and other stinky stuff. I didn't want to spray it out and let all the funky stuff in the gutter or my yard. These folks take the dirty water with them. I would recommend them.

Great service with fantastic customer support. Apex is by far the best way to maintain a clean and odor free set of garbage cans, especially during the hottest months of the year!

I started using Apex Cleaning Bin a few months ago. The service is excellent! It is so nice not to have stinky garbage cans! They text me to remind me of the day they are coming and they do what they say! Totally satisfied!!

I never thought about having someone professionally clean my garbage cans until I started using Apex. After one use, I knew I needed to have this done often. The way they clean them is so impressive that I'll continue to use the service and recommend it to anyone who is tired of their disgusting garbage cans.

I have a large city provided garbage can that’s hard for me to move, much less clean. I’ve used this cleaning service for over two years now and it’s great. Cans are cleaned, sanitized and actually smell good when done. This helps especially because I live in an hoa and the can has to be kept in my shed. I recommend this to my friends all the time, especially older friends like me who can’t clean these large heavy cans.

I am not one to write a review but people need to know how this company is operating. After Hurricane Ida something changed, service does not happen, no one answers the phones, and no one responds to messages. The idea of this is great but their execution will leave you feeling taking advantage of. I paid in advance for a full years cleaning service back in September. They have shown up once since (5 months in) and i have even stopped receiving the scheduleing alerts. No one will answer for a refund. I will report to BBB also.

I am surprised at the reviews. I’m lucky enough to say I’ve had good experiences with them. They usually clean the garbage cans well, but I had one time where it wasn’t done as efficiently. The guy who runs this route does a great job in cleaning them. The one time he didn’t come was when the cans were not cleaned correctly. I had to clean the top of the garbage cans with the hose.

However, they always come on time and have answered an email about a late garage pick up issue. No major complaints here. I live in Metairie and have them clean two garbage cans for about a year now.

Apex has been wonderful for us! It’s an affordable cleaning service that you don’t know you need until you try it! No more stinky garbage cans year round. Especially during all of the seafood seasons. It’s a must.

No one wants a stinky garbage can, am I right?? Well Apex Bin Cleaning is the solution to that problem! Down here in South Louisiana we love to cook, which typically means stinky trash, which in turn means stinky trash can. Apex does an amazing job of making sure my garbage bins don't smell like something died in it. It's a great value to know that I'll never have to worry about a smelly trash can again.

Apex also has wonderful customer service. If you ever miss a cleaning they always try their best to make sure they get to you as soon as possible!!

Apex is a great company that offers a unique service at an extremely reasonable price. Last year I needed to start keeping my trash bin in the garage - but I didn’t want to have a disgusting, smelly trash bin stinking up my garage. My neighbor mentioned having seen a trash bin cleaning service in our neighborhood a few times so I looked it up & signed up for the year! I’ve already signed up for next year as well. They send me a text or email to remind me each month when I need to leave my bin out & by the time I get home from work it’s done! No more smelly, disgusting trash bin for me!

No one likes a stinky trashcan, especially after a crawfish boil, we all know that smell. Apex on time and speedy services keeps my can like brand new. At first I had doubts that they could get it “stick your head in and breathe deep clean” but they cleaned those doubts right up. Very satisfied with the service and professionalism and the low cost is VERY worth it!

I purchased this service for a year as a gift to my husband, he ALWAYS complained that the trash can smelled. The concept itself is great! Trash can is sanitized and smells clean! They notify a few days before they'll come so we don't pull it before it gets cleaned. However, our trash can did get cracked during 1 of the cleanings (still works just fine, never complained about it) and the poor guy nailed our mailbox on the first visit.. they did buy us a new one though!

We've enjoyed the service and I probably won't renew until hubby starts complaining again. Disposable income is not a 2022 privilege anymore.

They did a great job , showed up on time , the guy spent 20 minutes cleaning the can & check it several times to make sure it was clean , smelled great too , I highly recommend these guys & will refer them to whoever can use their services

Great service provided for a very reasonable price. Having to keep my trash can under my carport, it is nice to have a clean can. I also like and appreciate the email and text reminders the day before they come to make sure to take the trash out. When I first signed up wasn't sure if it would be worth it or not, but am glad I signed up because it has been worth every penny.

This service is probably one of the best decisions I have made for my home. The service is very reliable and APEX leaves our garbage so clean you can eat off of it. Exaggerated maybe but it shows how good a job APEX does for their customers. The price is reasonable and worth it. I highly recommend their service.

I received exceptional customer service from Apex. They always send a reminder text message the day before my scheduled cleaning. It is so nice to open my garage bin to a fresh clean smell and not have to make a face or hold my nose to deposit a trash bag in the bin. I also like the variety of plans they offer in case you need a one time cleaning every few months. The fellow cleaning my bin is very polite and always has the same routine with retrieving and replacing my bin back in place. Thank you Apex, job well done!
