The service we received from Mullin was outstanding from start to finish. Ours was a residential project and from our design plan, to demolition of our existing landscape (with large tree removal), to installation of irrigation and new landscape, our project was done with the utmost care. Our crew was excellent, and very considerate and respectful of our us and our property. They all went above and beyond to insure our project was completed smoothly and really beyond our expectations. We will use Mullin again and highly recommend them. Thanks guys! We appreciate you and are enjoying our new outdoor space.

This group was hired by my landlord and they have been awful. I would fire them if I could. They broke out several of my windows by mowing over rocks. It has been over a month since then. It took them 3 weeks of deliberation before they decided they would only replace 1 of the 3 windows they broke. They deny that they broke the others completely (because yes, everyone lives with broken windows, rocks and shattered glass in their homes). My partner was in the room when one broke and saw it in the moment and that is the only one they admit to. The other two were found when we stepped on glass and cut our feet the next day. They said they would get the windows replaced and we have yet to have them fixed so I now have tape holding broken glass in place in 3 separate windows. My landlord is replacing the rest thankfully but the way the lawn care company has managed this has been infuriating.

I chose Mullin to help design and install a large-scale courtyard and event space in my 1830's plantation home. It was a challenging project, in the fact that I had a very specific vision and, due to the nature of the property, wanted a sympathetic design. All members of the staff were not only enthusiastic about the project, but listened to my ideas, took on my suggestions, and implemented something so much better than I could have ever imagined. From the moment I made the initial phone call until the time the last truck pulled out of the drive, the entire Mullin staff was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and talented. I couldn't recommend them any higher!

Can't speak highly enough of the team at Mullin. They have done an excellent job in maintaining the entire property - irrigation, lighting and landscaping - all of which was installed by them. The photos are from 2011 and it is unbelievable how well every plant and tree has filled in as planned.

Mullin did an incredible job of transforming my old wood deck into a beautiful patio with outdoor fireplace. From the first meeting with Benton, I was confident that he understood my vision, but he and Richard and the entire crew took it well beyond that, offering suggestions that led to an outcome that exceeded my expectations. They stuck closely to the timeline they provided and communicated well throughout the process. I highly recommend Mullin.

We've been with Mullin Landscape Associates for 3 years now and couldn't be happier. Actually, I take that back, when Eric Tournet came on board as our site maintenance manager, the service went from really good to great.
Eric is always available to go over possible changes to the grounds and has wonderfully creative ideas when it comes to Spring and Fall plantings. At one point, we had an issue with the planters by the pool not getting enough water and he had his team on it the next day.
We completely trust all the people that come on property and are great with our Giant Schnauzer, Drake. They treat him like he's on the team, and he loves the attention.

We had an AMAZING experience with Mullin Landscape Associates. Matt Quitzau was excellent and made some fantastic professional design suggestions that we could not have thought of on our own. He was very professional and a pleasure to work with. The 3D rendering of the design really helped visualize everything and helped get the exact look we were going for. The yard was a complete disaster before and we never wanted to go outside. We were stuck inside with 3 restless kids IN THE MIDDLE OF A PANDEMIC. Now, I don't mind being home with the kids because I can let them go outside and play while I sit and enjoy the view of our BEAUTIFUL landscaping. All of our friends and family are amazed by the transformation and can't believe they are in the same backyard! I highly recommend!

We hired Mullin to completely transform our back yard in Lakeview. Throughout the entire process they were extremely professional and responsive. They even finished work ahead of schedule, during the height of the COVID pandemic no less, and our yard is finally a place that we can enjoy. The work included design, adding a pool(partnered with Crystal Pools), installing a new fence, laying travertine, adding drainage, raising our yard 6-8", lighting, and landscaping. For the price we paid, we felt we received high value, quality work, and professionalism with a contractor which offered peace of mind. Their workers are some of the hardest workers we've ever seen and we were continually impressed with how quickly and efficiently they completed projects. Would highly recommend Mullin for any landscaping or design work within New Orleans and Louisiana.

I am no one who usually writes a negative review on a company, but after encountering two of there drivers today I am disgusted. I was run off the on ramp on I10 at Crowley because they refused to merge and kept matching my speed. If I slowed down or sped up trying to get onto the interstate. We finally get going. Then the truck in the left land hit the breaks like he was about to hit a deer for zero reason making the car behind them slam the brakes then me. With no vehicle in front of them. A few miles down the road the one on the right lane started swirling making everyone dodge them. I seriously do not know what the hell was going on, but your driver need a crash course in road safety and courtesy to other drivers.
