Installer did the job as if he were doing it to his own home. A mirror below the minisplit location area had been moved prior to their visit and he located the unit so that when the mirror was reinstalled, it hung perfectly centered below the unit. His unprompted attention to this detail exemplified the pride he took in his work.

    After my request for someone to come to review our desires. two reps came a week later. We discussed our needs, then based on the layout of our rooms Curtis recommended that 2 separate units would provide best heating and cooling coverage. He clearly explained how to apply for the Rebate and the installation scheduling. In less than 2 weeks, Chase came to install and he was very professional. He answered my questions and before he left, only 4 hours later, he demonstrated how to use the remote controls and maintenance. We are very pleased through this point in time and trust they will provide any needed assistance in the future. We strongly recommend Hometown Heat Pumps.
