Called last minute to have my driveway sanded after an ice storm and they were here quickly and did a great job! Thanks for the quick and quality service! I will be using them again in the future!

Do not waste your money with this company. They installed some trees that were left crooked and when I called and asked if they planned on coming back to straighten them they said no. Since then at least half the trees are now mostly brown and dead and they said they have no warranty and they can't help me. The trees were installed by a couple of young guys who clearly had very little experience doing this kind of thing, but the company made their money and clearly they don't care about quality so here we are, out a bunch of money with a bunch of ugly, dead trees. Oh and don't forget all the aggravation we've also dealt with! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE!!!

I can't give any info on the quality of work that would be done because I cancelled the work to do be done due to lack of communication and multiple delays. After calling for an initial quote, a person came fast for the quote, letting me know they were scheduling just a couple of weeks out (early June).

A couple of weeks later, the work hadn't been done yet, nor any update. I had more work to be done, so I called for an additional quote for more work. Again, fast to come take a look.

I was told the work would be done in the next 7 to 10 days. Fast-forward 10 days and not a word about scheduling a time or reason for being delayed.

I email again, this time getting (I believe) the owner to respond. Told they were busy and behind but would be out the week after the 4th of July, probably later in the week. But I would be kept updated.

Well, the week after the 4th comes and goes, not a word from anyone on again why the work is delayed and not completed. After this, I decided to cancel since the lack of follow through and communication was unprofessional.

If I hadn't contacted them on an update I wouldn't have heard a word from Street's. Maybe the work would have been done well, but I'll never know. But due to poor customer service and follow through, I will not be contacting Street's for any future landscape needs.

Like other reviews these folks were quick to respond initially and sent 2 loads of gravel out very promptly. Then the deliveries stopped and I wasted a month of good weather waiting for gravel that never showed up. The thing that really ticks me off is that the business never told me they were no longer interested and wasted my time backing up other projects - that's just inconsiderate. BTW they sent a bill for the 2 loads of gravel and I paid it the same day.

Had driveway paved in late October. Looked great and the crew was quick. Expressed concern over the edge (thinnest point) cracking over winter, was assured it wouldn't. Snow melted and there were cracks along the edge. Months of calling, assured that I was "on the list", promises of someone coming out to look, even a call saying I am headed your way today (I cancelled plans and stayed home) and no one has shown up to assess the damage or acknowledge my dissatisfaction. I don't post reviews, but feel I have no other recourse at this point as I have been completely ignored.

8/26/25 At approximately 6:20AM, a dump truck traveling on Main St in Orono decided it was a good idea to randomly pull into the OPPOSITE lane without their blinker, stop, then proceed to back into a driveway. There’s a catch, I was approximately 30 yards from this truck when this happened. He pulled into MY lane, causing me to have to lock up my breaks and lay on my horn. Absolutely careless drivers.

Street's was wonderful to work with as we were planning a special project on the University of Maine campus. They were responsive, flexible, and supportive of our specific needs. Highly recommend working with them!

Noting but great things to say about this company! From responsiveness to consistency and quality in their work absolutely best in the business. I had a big project that I had these guys do Involving Hard Scape landscape and paving everything came together so nicely and I couldn’t be happier. Money well spent on my property

I can not thank this company enough for being there for us when our contractor left the job site unfinished right was winter was starting. We had no other source of heat in our home and it was the beginning of December. Marquis heating came in and found us 2 emergency propane tanks that got us through the winter. They also walked us through the arduous process of navigating the public utilities system for the state and helped us get the project completed. Their communication and professionalism was top notch! They were there when we needed them and without hesitation!

Marquis heating was great until they sold to RH Foster. Now I am looking into changing fuel companies after they charged my card on a day that was not agreed to be withdrawn on. But then today they went ahead on the day they should have and withdrew the funds for the same ticket they charged me yesterday for. I tried to call. No response. Called and left 2 messaged on the automated emergency line and no response back still.

Over the past 6 years + my family had been a loyal customer regardless of the fact that other companies were less expensive. We continued to use this company for all of our heating oil. We also use wood heat. Over the past 2 years (2015-2016) we have needed less oil because we upgraded our furnace and have been able to use more wood. In 2015 I ordered my usual order and was told it was not a problem; I did not receive a delivery. I found a voice mail on my machine after work asking me to call. They did not deliver because it had been just over a year since my last delivery and instead of paying my bill after delivery I had to pay before delivery; This delay cost me more money due to the increase in oil rates the next week. I decided to give them one more chance. I called and requested delivery and paid up front over the phone. The delivery truck arrived and the driver tells me they have to come inside to inspect my tank because it has been a little over a year since my last delivery. This was not told to me when I requested delivery. Normally, I would not have had a problem with an inspection but today it is the principal of the matter. I canceled my order and will never do business with this company again.

They are wonderful! The first time we ordered they showed up on a Sunday and delivered. Worried that we needed it, and was coming by this way! Ordered today and received it today! Best customer service we’ve ever received from an oil company! Thank you!

They were very helpful, polite, and all around great people. PJ himself talked us through a lot over the phone. They were quick to respond to our requests and diagnose the issue we were having. I’d highly recommend them to anyone who needs any plumbing needs.

PJ’s Plumbing is great & I definitely recommend to everyone. He is very professional & helpful, he answered questions that I had via Facebook messenger in a timely manner & was able to send someone right away to fix my toilet which had been causing problems for months. His guy fixed it no problem & it’s been perfect ever since.

People loosely use the word heroes and local heroes, well, I met two local heroes last night I meant two heroes. Last night here in my home they were funny they were bright they were efficient and thorough. They were all so friendly and made sure that I will satisfied with their work.
