Reviews of local pros in Old Town, Maine

PJ and his team are awesome, they were quick, kind, and courteous! I needed to have work done on my kitchen sink that was way over my head, and PJ's was the team for the job. They also did a fantastic job of giving me a rundown of the work they did afterwards. All in all great crew and great work, will definitely use them again.

Update: Last weekend my water heater died on me out of nowhere putting me in a tough spot with no hot water. I called up PJ's and he sent someone over to help me get a new one within a couple of days. Every employee I have met with from PJ's has been awesome to work with and a pleasure to speak to. On top of that they do good work at a fair price, unlike some other servicers in the area who will overcharge you if they feel like they can. I cannot recommend PJ's enough, will use them again.

Had my well tank and water tank replaced. Very professional, efficient, excellent team. I will definitely use him for all my plumbing needs. So hard to find good trustworthy people. This is the second time I have used his services and I highly recommend!!

PJ and his team are professional, reliable and trustworthy. I would recommend them to anyone who wants the job done right. I will definitely be using them again if I ever have any issues.

Plumber arrived before the appointment in plenty of time before the start time. Was very pleasant, and professional. Was done within early part of the estimated time, performing the work diligently from the time he was shown the project scope. Updated the piping so that better shutoffs were paired with the new faucet for a better setup. Confirmed things were done to our satisfaction and thorough with what was replaced. Very reasonable rate per hour on the job. Highly recommend. Will continue to hire for future products. Made the process headache-free. Thank you again for the excellent work.

We had Jackson Plumbing and Heating convert our home from oil to natural gas. They were very prompt, professional, and finished the job in the time that they quoted. The plumbing was neat and tidy, and they left no trash behind. We had a few hiccups after installation that they immediately rectified, and I couldn’t be more grateful to them for their hard work! Thank you!

We've used Jackson's Plumbing for 12 years, both for our heating system and all of our other plumbing needs. We've always received courteous, professional, and timely service. The plumbing staff is truly first rate and the office staff has always bent over backwards to get the work scheduled as quickly as possible. A truly first rate company.

I've used Jackson Plumbing and Heating since moving to the area six years ago. They have always exceeded my expectations with prompt service and fair pricing and very professional and helpful technicians.
Thank you, Jackson's! Happy customer here!

This company had excellent customer service from start to finish. They also did excellent work. There is nothing that they could have done better! 5 Star review.

I cannot say enough positive things regarding Jackson Plumbing and Heating. I have used them several times, for things such as installing a hose spigot, annual cleaning of my furnace, and most recently had them re-align piping to my washing machine. The pipes previously had ran up thru the exterior wall and kept freezing during cold spells. Jackson PH was quick to fix this issue for me. Whenever I give them a call they respond immediately and do great work and for a reasonable price too! I highly recommend Jackson PH to anyone with plumbing and heating needs and will definitely be using them for the foreseeable future!

Jackson Plumbing & Heating is our preferred service provider at Ascend Property Management, LLC. Our team manages rental properties from Old Town to Waterville, and we count on the team at Jackson to assist us in the Bangor Area. They are always responsive, great to work with, and provide a superior service. Highly recommended.

Excellent tradesmen and excellent service!
This is the 2nd time I’ve used Jackson Plumbing and Heating for some smaller repairs as a first time homeowner.

The first time I called I needed a new mixer installed on some copper piping and I was not comfortable brazing the copper myself. They installed the new mixer as well as the new shower head and faucet in no time and took extreme care during the small amount of demo that was required in order to access the work area. They charged a very reasonable rate and the folks in the office were extremely pleasant to deal with in terms of scheduling and payment.

This most recent time, it was my downstairs bathroom leaking at a fitting. I certainly could have tried messing with it myself but I knew Jackson would get it done fast, right, and not charge me an arm and a leg.
Not only did they come quickly; they even reached out to let me know they could squeeze me in sooner if it worked for me. They fixed the problem within a half hour and they left no trace that they were there besides my no longer leaking fitting!

I would recommend these guys to anyone and will be contacting them next year to discuss getting me hooked up with natural gas!
