The proprietor himself, of the HAILES company (Mr. Hailes) quickly perceived that i was both nervous anxious about the start up of my new business, and wanted everything pristine and precise!

With his sharp perception he assigned himself personally to the installation of a a much needed thermostat for a “pop up” venture. He stated that all though his staff was fully seasoned and educated to complete the task, he wanted to personally make my goal his “own”.

Needless to say MR. Hailes completed my installation expeditiously, with efficiency! I recommend HMHI, LLC to anyone with all of their HVAC challenges and inquiries with admiral referral!

It’s so good to work with a professional, yet friendly vendor these days! Mr. Thompson was nice, right out of the gate. Before he tested my heating system he had already explained his concerns at first look. Once the system ran for a few minutes his concerns became evident. He even identified a problem that could cause issues later and fixed it. He is honest, professional and easy to work with. I can also tell he’s passionate about his trade. I like that he provided recommendations for my future home and if I opt to stay (modifications to the unit). I signed an annual contract because he is the kind of technician I want servicing my system. He explains everything and ensures you understand. He even took pictures and videos of his work. I paid a big name 5-figures to install my system in '23. The system was dead in '24. The "company" wanted an additional $5-7.5K to rectify the problem...temporarily, meaning they gave no guarantees that the problem would be corrected long term.

Mason Air revived the unit and found out where the company failed, plus they fixed the problem in about 1/8 the time the company said it would take. Mason Air went over our unit with a fine-toothed comb and they were very friendly, very knowledgeable, as well as compassionate to the matter.

Bottom line: I'm calling them back for 2 more jobs! Bringing them in is like bringing in a member of the household who has to live with the work that was performed. Very grateful that I had this experience.

Mason came out to my home to diagnose my HVAC unit which wasn’t producing air into my home properly. The temperature outside was over 90 degrees. He figured out what the issue was and came back the next day to fix it. Mason was honest, provided outstanding customer service, and explained everything he was doing step by step to help me understand. I truly enjoyed working with Mason's Air Control. I was connected with Mason's Air Control when my heat was broken and my home warranty contacted them. They were able to diagnose the problem and replaced my Heat and A/C system. Additionally, we had an issue at the start of the Heat season and I notified Mason's Air Control and they stopped by after hours on a Friday to diagnose and fix the problem.
