Mr. Chen came out and was an absolutely blessing. We had a different company come about 2 weeks prior and didn’t to much. Mr.Chen took his time checking our system to verify that everything within the system was operating as it should and even provided us with tips of what to do or expect in the future. The diligence of Mr. Chen and his work is incomparable and I would recommend his company and his work to anyone and everyone. Mr.Chen has a raving fan and I was able to settle my families anxiety and we will be contacting him in the very near future to expand our air ducts so our system runs smoother.

I recommend Mason to anyone he can reach. I was away during a snowstorm weekend. My furnace was not sending heat into my house when I got back. I might have left my thermostat too cold while I was away. I had a technician come the day before and he basically just told me to wait for things to thaw out but Mason went above and beyond to get my furnace to send heat into the house. 5/5!

I was REALLY pleased with the work Mason did for us installing two whole-home dehumidifiers. One of our install locations is extremely tight and Mason and I went back and forth on the best option for optimizing performance and minimizing noise. I’m not HVAC-savvy, and I didn’t even realize what I was looking at, but Mason’s team discovered black mold in our old ducts and walked us through everything with patience and care. They removed the contaminated ductwork, installed a new furnace and central A/C split system, and set up a Wi-Fi programmable thermostat that connects to our home so we can control the temperature from anywhere. They also fully insulated the HVAC room, which we didn’t have before.
