Mason is amazing! He is very knowledgeable. He knew exactly what was going on with my system before touching it. Very respectful...put shoe covers on before entering the house and without being asked. Will definitely recommend Mason's Air Control for all your HVAC needs. Excellent service. Found Mason via Google. Called explained my evaporater coil was freezing. He came out same day, identified the problem, repaired the AC, and also replaced my condensation line. And all at a reasonable price. Highly recommend Mason for any HVAV work.

WOW! I cannot say thank you enough for the awesome service we received. Mason was communicative and so incredibly helpful. When my AC unit went out for the second time, he helped walk me through some fixes I could do myself to make the heat bearable over night until he could get here the next day. I don’t know of many of services that would do this.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Seriously, use this guy and you will be left with a cool house and no stress.

My experience with Mason and Mason's Air Control was one of the best service calls i have ever had. My furnace was evaluated to be broken and unfixable. After several months of getting money together to replace a broken furnace, I revisited the situation with my warranty company. They sent Mason's Air Control out specifically to help me. And he diagnosed a problem that was fixable!! So, I didn't have to purchase a new furnace and AC unit, or spend thousands of dollars to keep my family comfortable. He is experienced, knowledgeable and willing to talk about the problem. He ordered the parts needed and installed them the day they arrived. I have the AC on now on this almost 80 degree day and it is working perfectly. Thank you Mason for being an individual of integrity and developing a company that helps homeowners resolve their heating and AC problems. You are very appreciated!!

Mason was absolutely amazing. Cannot state it enough. He fixed our 2 home units that are 30+ years old and we were told it would be $12,000 to replace them since they were beyond repair. He found a way fix them in less than 24 hours for less than $1000. He is also nice, respectful, cleaned up after his work, showed photos along the way of all the things he was doing to maintain accountability, and was just a joy to work with. We will be having him back for maintenance regularly and highly recommending him to anyone who asks!

Mason did an excellent job replacing my AC unit. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He find out a new way to improve the cooling in the bedrooms upstairs. He ordered parts and came back to install them. He really cares about his customers. I’m very satisfied with his great service.

Mason and his team were so excellent! Our AC completely broke during the Northeast Heatwave and we had so much trouble finding an HVAC team to accommodate our roof unit. Fantastic. The young man worked with me to get an appointment that was more convenient. He was VERY knowledgeable. He explained everything to me. He was efficient and made sure everything was put back where and how he found it. I would definitely use them again.
