Tech gave a detailed inspection and replaced a part that was beginning to go bad. All good and great service. I called in this morning and they were able to come out the same day.

Call Bryan and you’ll never want to call anyone else. He is the most knowledgeable and competent HVAC professional I’ve ever run across. He has excellent diagnostic skills, always correctly identifying the problem.

He is particularly expert with geothermal systems, and I will never call anyone else. He is also always willing to explain his findings and what needs to be done. You will absolutely not be disappointed if you need an HVAC Ace!

As always, I received top notch service from Ambient Cooling and Heating. My boiler had a problem I couldn't even explain when I called for service. The person on the other end understood I had a problem that I didn't have the vocabulary for, and simply said, " I'll send someone to check it out."

Within 1 hour, Eddie arrived, diagnosed the problem, and provided alternatives. Even with having to leave and purchase a replacement part, my boiler was repaired within 3 hours of my initial phone call. Eddie was pleasant, professional and efficient. He was particularly adept at explaining the problem.

The service technician was very knowledgeable and polite. He was prompt when arriving and very professional as he inspected the system. World Class Service
This company installed my dishwasher from Loews because installer At Your Service damaged my vinyl flooring hauling away my old stove. Loews needs to only use this installer. The technician Derrick skill set. Is top of the line. What ever they are paying you. It’s not enough. Thanks Derrick for providing World Class Service

My AC went out one evening, so I called Coastal the next day. They were able to send technicians out that morning and promptly got my system back up and running. Their charge was reasonable and the service was excellent. I would definitely use them again in the future!

The Coastal Heating and Air replaced the ECM blower motor in our Carrier system. They provided us with a reasonable estimate, and the technician, Jason. did an excellent job. Jason answered all my questions. I highly recommend Coastal Heating and Air.
