The technician was very professional, taking the time to explain my options without pressuring me. Instead of pushing for costly repairs that might only last a few more years, they helped me make an informed decision to replace the unit altogether. I really felt that they had my best interests in mind and didn’t try to take advantage of the situation. Highly recommend their services!

After 25 years of operation, our Carrier HVAC system was showing end-of-life symptoms. We engaged Coastal, our long-time HVAC support company, to install a modern replacement, a highly efficient Carrier Infinity Greenspeed system. The unit is excellent, and Coastal's team continues to be excellent. Six months later we were advised (by a notice on our newly-installed Carrier-provided smart thermostat) that the air filter needed cleaning or replacement. (We chose the latter, as the filter in question was actually a carry-over from the previous system.) We scheduled a tech to arrive two days later, and the job was done quickly. The tech was highly professional, checked in advance to approve cost and the installation. We received a followup email report and itemized receipt an hour after the tech had departed our premises. From our experience, we enthusiastically recommend Coastal HVAC

Camron was my tech and he will be my tech for life if I have any say in the matter. 😁 He was right on time, he handled everything quickly and efficiently and got my old unit moving cold air better than it ever has in the 10 years I've been in my home. He put me on a service plan to keep everything running up to snuff and my house feels like a million bucks!

Our upstairs A C went out this week, temperatures over 95! We thought it would be days before anyone would be able to help us. Coastal came to the rescue almost immediately and resolved all the issues! By the way they were the first call we made because they have always delivered the best advice and service.

Their price was better than any other company’s quotes. The installation took longer than expected due to the work not being completed the first time. I had to call on multiple occasions to get the job completed. There was multiple rescheduling due cause by the company. The technician left some debris after service uncleaned.

Jason was professional and very helpful in understanding our HVAC system. We will use Coastal for future service.

They saved the day today though, assisting with a ceiling leak within 2 hours of reaching out….and on a weekend! Bryan was extremely professional, friendly and efficient. Chris did an excellent job checking our system. The reason for only 3 stars is that I needed a new capacitor and Chris had one on his truck. I was charged $507 for this capacitor, that I later found out I could have purchased at Home Depot for $68. I will never buy another piece of equipment from Coastal.

Best experience I’ve had with any company as a homeowner! From Mike who first reached out to see what was needed to quickly getting on the schedule then having the install go great! We even needed a tech to come out the next morning and adjust an issue because of a manufacturing issue with Goodman but he was knowledgeable and fixed it in 20 minutes! Thanks Costal
