Though im happy he came out right away I mean like 10 mins but $255 to snake my toilet is INSANE!!! If I would have known I would have gotten the snake for $100 an did it myself. I feel like I was totally taking advantage of!!! I’m a single mother and struggling and this kinda charge is crazy!! 😒

This was our first time using Perfect Plumbing. We had an issue on Easter Sunday. Eli arrived in less than an hour. He was courteous and knowleable. We highly recommend this company!

Scheduling an appointment was easy. The technician showed up on time and was helpful in explaining what he was going to do. He was able to resolve the immediate problem quickly and cleaned up when he was finished. He explained what was needed for a long term solution. I will be using them again to completely resolve the issue.

Bob did a great job setting my tub for a bathroom remodel. He did the job in 1/2 the time expected. Not only that, he noticed that my toilet had a cracked flange and was able to replace the flange in the same visit. I've used Perfect Plumbing for all of my plumbing problems for about 5 years now and have never had a problem. They're professional, charge fair prices, and do excellent quality work. They go the extra mile to identify potential future issues and provide cost-effective solutions.

Their communication alone is enough for a 5 star review, I’ve never been so impressed with a company in their clear and proactive communication before an appointment. And the work these guys do is the best around, bar none. Super professional and extremely thorough. They’ve done a full kitchen remodel for me, several smaller jobs and most recently, replaced my tankless hot water heater. Cam did a great job and his attention to detail was unparalleled. They were relentless in getting my water restored. They were up against a number of difficult situations, the least of which was 20° weather and icy condition conditions all around.
