This is my second time using Perfect Plumbing. Each time, we received excellent service from both the office staff and the technician. I appreciate that they send a text with a picture of the technician that is scheduled to arrive the appointment. It gives me great peace of mind being able to recognize who I am allowing into my home.

I am always impressed with Perfect Plumbing and have given their name to many of my friends!! Joel did an excellent job and always pleasant, even when my dog barked at him every time he entered my house! Definitely will always use them when a plumbing problem arises!!! Cynthia Danjczek

Bob was great, efficient, professional, and quickly replaced a section of a copper water pipe that was leaking in our basement. Scheduling was quick too. Would recommend and use them for future repairs.

Quick service for an emergency that couldn't wait until Monday. Tech was thorough and kept me updated. There was an emergency fee on the weekend (understandable) but the process were overall fair.

Eli was excellent and came immediately when one of our pipes burst and began leaking at 8pm. He could not have been nicer. Got our hot water line fixed and we were up and running by 11pm. I’ve use Perfect Plumbing for a number of things and they always do a great job.

Dillion was amazing to work with. I returned home from vacation and my shower was not draining. I tried the at home decloggers from ACE but did not having any luck. He came over next day after speaking with Melissa who squeezed me in. Dillion used multiple tools and carefully took his time to find out my pipe was frozen from the Arctic weather we have been having. He was in and out of the house found the pipe, heated it, used warming crystals, and then snaked it with success. I was so worried he would have to cut into my pipes and was so relieved when we didn’t have to. He then took the time to give me tips how to prevent this from happening in the future. I have been using Perfect Plumbing for years and will continue to do so thanks to their skilled and conscientious plumbers. I will definitely ask for Dillion again if I need any work done in the future.

Dillon C. Of Perfect Plumbing Is a true and caring professional. First, he protected all of our floors with tarps and kept his work area clean. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it precisely with ease. He fully explained everything he was doing, and he is a very efficient and careful worker. He treated the house with respect, closed doors quietly, hardly knew he was there. Very personable and knowledgeable in his craft, Highly recommend!

Cam was awesome! Super kind and fixed/explained everything. We had a burst pipe emergency and perfect plumbing got right out within hours (Thank you to Courtney for getting us in!). They even had the owner Josh stop by to check in on things. We have had a wonderful experience with them before as well and would Highly recommend this company!

Patrick, Steve, and the team at Howard Plumbing were fantastic. The entire experience was easy and professional. Patrick designed our project, offered great recommendations, and completely met our expectations. He redid our propane gas lines, redid our exterior water spigots, installed a new bath, and redid water to our dock. Now we have great water pressure everywhere. We highly recommend Patrick.

Howard Plumbing stands by their duty to ensure that the customer is satisfied. I was having some issues with my sprinkler system (sprinkler heads not popping up) and low water pressure alerts and it has been an ongoing issue since the system was turned on earlier this year. I was about to give up and never use my sprinkler system again after this season (2025).

That is when the owner Patrick got involved. And he found the issue. It was the pressure regulator valve. He fixed the issue and now my sprinkler system is working properly. I am so thankful to Patrick (Howard Plumbing) for a job well done. Patrick solved the problem, provided detailed explanation of the situation, and the results turned my frown upside down. Great company and another happy customer.

Terrible they took forever to get to the house. They lied over and over. Couldn't diagnose the problem C or a couple days then had to get a different company to finish the repair. The owner screamed at his wife about their divorce while on my front porch where my children coukd hear him calling her terrible names. The work the business attitude was all terrible. Beware

I felt compelled to write a review due to the outstanding customer service and professionalism I received from start to end and I did not end up needing any type of plumbing service. From the start when I contacted Howard Plumbing I spoke with Jessica. She was super friendly and easy to speak with. I told her I was having a beachy smell at all of my faucets and wasn’t sure if I needed a plumber or water treatment company. Jessica listened to my concerns and still sent Ryan out to see if they could help in anyway. Ryan came out same day and was very knowledgeable and gave me great insight of what I needed which was a water treatment company. Ryan took the time to explain how my water system worked and living on well water for the first time I’ve gained great knowledge from Ryan. I will definitely use Howard Plumbing in the future without a doubt. Two thumbs up to Jessica and Ryan.

Howard does excellent plumbing work. I’ve used them several times and their technicians are always courteous and they’ve always done a great job.

Our entire experience was great! From the woman I spoke with to schedule our appointment, to Josh who came this morning to fix our shower and leak issue. He was great, knowledgeable, and on top of it. We spent a little more than we wanted, but it was worth the great customer service and quick response.

Ryan the technician was outstanding. He was very knowledgable and answered all of my questions in a manner that the average person could understand.

Josh and his partner arrived on time, looked at the garbage disposal that was not working and with just the use of the wrench had it fixed in 5 minutes. I would call them again for plumbing needs.

Really good experience with installing a new shower setup. Was able to schedule quickly, quote was reasonable, communication very transparent, and the plumber Ryan was efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. Will definitely be working with Howard Plumbing next time we have an issue!
